"It's a motel I expected nothing more nothing less. The building seemed long in the tooth but was still well in maintained. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I stay at a motel or hotel security is always a consideration, when I checked in there was a large monitor on the wall with views from multiple cameras. The only minor issue I had is when I took off my socks I noticed the souls had what appeared to be black soot on them. I discovered that the vinyl strip flooring was coming loose in a few places and the seemed to be where the black was coming from. It was also the ground ( cement) floor and that may have been part of the problem. I needed a bed for two nights and was and that's what I reviewed at a very responsible price."

"We loved New Hope Inn and Suites! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the grounds uncommonly spacious, well-maintained, and inviting with different areas to relax, take in the beautiful surroundings, enjoy a drink or sit by the fire. The staff was impressive on a whole-other level. My husband and I were there for a wedding and as we packed up to go Sunday morning, he left his suit in the closet! The staff kept it secure, packaged it up, and sent it to us!! Unbelievable service, we were so grateful!"
