Pros: The location is convenient to the airport.
Cons: Could be upgraded a bit, but the price was very good for the value provided.
Location: Not much. Kind of in a not so great part of town it seemed. I safely walked a block or so to get a bite to eat, but it was a little "industrial".
I stayed here just one night for business. Needed to be close to the airport. Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was pleasant and had more than a little area for breakfast which was nice. I would likely stay here again for business. The one negative is that there is not much around in the way of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive. The air conditioner a little loud, but that is a typical "airport" hotel for you. A solid 4 out of five I would say as a place to stay.

Close to the Airport

Pros: Close to the airport. Free Valet service.
Cons: Explain the elevators better. You can hear the noise in your room from the hallway
Location: airport
Very nice, fast service. There is a restaurant and start bucks at this location.

Not as good as I expected

Pros: Very convenient access to airport 24/7 + long term parking.
Cons: Making sure room light work and aren't broken
Location: Location great for airport access.
No view, lights in room didn't work one broken and tipped over, expensive restaurant but good food.

Not as nice as I expected

Pros: bed was comfortable and room was clean
Cons: staff friendliness and helpfulness
Dark hotel, and in need of a face lift, lobby entrance hard to find, room was small, but clean. Hotel staff OK, not real friendly. This place was OK, but I wouldn't say here again. more Like 2.5 to 3 stars vs 4.1 on the Expedia site

nice airport hotel

Very nice pool and breakfast. Rooms are a nice size, free shuttle from airport, light rail line in front of hotel.

Newly Renovated, close to airport, great staff!

Pros: Location, convenience, amenities and luxury.
Cons: Self-Parking is a limited and challenge. While they offer free valet parking, I would have liked better self-park option in the secured parking garage
They accommodated an early check-in with smiles and helpfulness. Susan at the front desk was pleasant, informative and the kind of welcoming customer service you want after long, stressful flying. The hotel renovation is lovely, the room was beautiful, clean and an oasis in the Phoenix desert.

Noisy room. We asked to move to another room, the front desk accommodate our request but the new room was not quiter. Noise is coming from street traffic, so windows quality must be poor. Breakfast was good.

Great stay from start to finish!

They were extremely wonderful staff, the hotel itself was VERY VERY VERY nice! Starbucks coffee, pool, great amenities and GREAT wifi! Airport shuttle was quick and effortless! And they let me check in early!
