good

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: near the airport
Cons: noise, rooms
Location: airport
it was a bummer, from noisey (heard the air conditioner outside from the noise (heard the outside air conditioner all night) thru the downtrodden room, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The room rate was the same as a good room. 0

nice hotel, near the airport

Posted Aug 2, 2017
Pros: close to the airport, parking
Cons: nothing other than what I said
not too much to say other than made the reservation on the wrong day, was unable to cancel. it cost me double to stay there and they ask for $15.00 for parking! Stayed there many times in the past and again 8/12/17.

The hotel was average, breakfast fantastic, staff exception. Location is not as convenient for eating establishments and the hotel restaurant is not kid friendly.

Sorry to hear that our restaurant was not as kid-friendly as you would like. We are currently renovating our restaurant and we will be better able to serve you family in the future. We are located 1 block from METRO Light Rail which has over 400 restaurants along the route.

Nice to be close to the airport

Posted Jul 14, 2017
We needed a nice hotel near the airport and this was a good choice. The rooms are very spacious and well organized. The beds were super comfortable and I got a great night sleep. We got room service and it was ok as room service goes. The person bring the food was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice but warm, which isn't a surprise for this time of year.

Happy to hear you got a good night's sleep and our beds were very comfortable. After all a good night's sleep is what you expect from a hotel.

Good hotel near the airport.

Posted Jul 9, 2017
Pros: Location
Location: Good bars and restaurants. Wide choice of food and walkable
A nice and clean hotel near some good restaurants and bars. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. Most important very close to the airport and car rental centre. Worth paying a little more to stay there!

Resting time

Posted Jul 7, 2017
Pros: The pool area location. Breakfast. Staff. And the warm coockies. Great summer value.
Cons: The reception hall furniture can use a facelift.
Location: NA.
From getting picked up from the airport to check out, the staff were supper friendly and welcoming. The daily breakfast was awesome with lots of fresh fruits to start the day.

Quick check in. Had to walk to another desk to get a luggage cart and the male employee was extremely confrontational about vuests keeping luggage carts. This employee attempted to play some kind of verbal judo with me. Shower backed up.

Travelguru, sorry for any inconvenience our team member may have caused. We make our bell carts available to any guests who needs a little extra help with their luggage. If you want to take care of it yourself we just ask for a name and room number to make sure the cart is returned.

Sleeps 6 if the kids are young. Teens make it tigh

Posted Jul 2, 2017
Pros: Good for the price and sleeps 6
Cons: Breakfast times
Location: Ruby Tuesday's in walking distance.
Only place with a suite to sleep 6. Was a little snug with 3 adults and 3 teens. Breakfast included, but we didn the get to sample - weekends breakfast starts at 7am, weekdays 6am. People with early flights won't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast.

Sorry to hear your flight had you leaving before breakfast. For those leaving on early flights we do offer a continental breakfast in our lobby. Hope to see you next time you're in Phoenix.

Pros: The pool and room size
Cons: restaurant cleanness
The room and pool were fine. The restaurant was pretty dirty. When I did not want to sit on a dirty chair I was told that the stains will not get on my clothes and that all the furniture is dirty. Am still puzzled why you would keep dirty furniture in a restaurant for your guests to see. That is disgusting!

Sorry to hear our restaurant was not up to our cleanliness standards. Our restaurant is currently under renovation and will open early this fall, please come back and give us another try then.
