Cons: A make over of lobby, rooms, outside would do wonders for this place. More night shift staff to help customer service.
Needs a lot of help! Went to lobby bathroom and it was not sanitary and no lock on door. The appearance needs improvement. Checking in seemed ancient, system needs to be updated or improved. Being so close to airport should accommodate with shuttles.

Over nite stay by airport . Clean rooms good breakfast well staff near things to do an palaces to eat.

Absolutely would not recommend!

Had to get door key changed 3 times, no maid cleaning service, had to exchange towels every day at the front desk, no dishware, utensils, etc in kitchen. Paper thin walls, loud outside all hours of the night, beds sucked, no extra bedding in room for pullout. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Nice area

Pros: The location, amenties, had frig, stove and sink although we didn't need them
Location: East Phoenix, good area, only bad thing is the room we were in faced a busy street
Room was fine, only bad thing was the walls are very thin and the people in the next room were drunk and possibly on drugs, loud and shouting at times. It sounded like they were in the same room.

The first room we got was infested with roaches the second room bathtub was disgusting and had to clean it myself!

one word....Cockroaches!

Cons: Everything
Was moved three different times, all had cockroaches. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. The staff did do what they could without hesitation and ultimately did reimburse me for the stay. We stayed one out of three booked nights. I will never stay there again, but I can't complain about the staff or how they handled my issue................just the cleanliness of the room. Don't do it.
