terrible.. plus their customer service was terrible. they advertised with a kitchen area.. no silverware, plates. nothing .. will never go again to this hotel...................

Over night stay near ASU

I stayed one night and had no real complaints. I was a bit disappointed sofa bed did not have any linens. Linens were not even provided in the closet. I could have called the front desk but decided to just sleep with my daughter in the bedroom. The bedroom was a bit warm with only a fan in the wall to circulate the AC from the living room. The room was like a small apartment and was very nice. The two issues i had would not prevent me from staying here again.

Mixed review.

This review is difficult because I paid for my room and a friend's room. The front desk had everything right for me and my husband, but check-in was ridiculously difficult for my friends' room that I paid for. The internet was come and go and our keys quit working after the first 24 hours even though we had reservations and paid for 3 nights. My friend's room was checked out 1 day early even though I paid for 2 nights. Too much massive confusion for a business trip. We had other things to worry about than what should have been automatic from a large hotel chain. However, rooms are large and clean. So it was a decent place to sleep and bathe.

Room was nice and clean, located in a nice area. Kid friendly as well if you plan on taking the kids. Will come back for our next trip.

Business trip

Pros: Affordable, clean and quiet.
Cons: The hallways and my room had a odd odor. The pillows looked very fluffy, but as soon as I put my head on them they flattened down to nothing.
Location: Centrally located to the various colleges where I attend conferences. Food and shopping is not too far away.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hall, elevator and room had a stale smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows flattened out to the point I had to roll up a towel to have any head and neck support.

Minimal

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Cups & maybe a little sliverware. And the room could have been cleaner. The hallways look like they had not been vaccumed in a few days too.
Location: Only went to the airport and it was very convenient to it.
The staff was wonderful and at first the place looked great but then we realized we had a room with a full kitchen and not one untensil not even a plastic cup or ice bucket and couldn't get any. The floor & the shower were both dirty too. It was convenient for the airport and the front desk lady named LaRae was a sweetheart but I was suprised that you got nothing in your motel but 1 small bar of soap and a couple of towels.

Room was not clean at all. Found 2 empty cans of beer in the cabinet, dirty under garments under the bed. Would not stay there again.
