NIce hotel close to airport

Super nice staff, clean and very good price. The hotel staff was very helpful and caring . Outstanding customer service .

My first time staying at the hotel

The shower curtain doesn't close and kept dropping, the shower splash all over the bathroom floor.

Rude and unreliable

Pros: I liked that we only were staying one night
Cons: Cleanliness, friendliness, reliable information given to customers, better customer service, Get airport shuttle service
Location: Airport
Before we booked we asked to leave our car at the hotel the next several days while we flew to Colorado. After checking with her manager she said that would be fine. Upon our arrival the reluctant clerk told us that wasn’t allowed. We told her we had called to obtain approval from the manager and was told it was ok. She reluctantly contacted the manager and said it would cost $4 a day. She also was very snotty when we asked for help with the WiFi In the room the sheets appeared either stained or not cleaned....very wrinkled.

Pros: excellent choice of flooring in rooms
Cons: initial entry appearance
Location: great location, and easy highway access. Close to airport and downtown
great location, close to the airport and easy to navigate from I10. Close to highway yet no road noise.

Sleep in your car!!

Don’t do it!! You’re better off sleeping in your car! Forget a remodel!! The hotel is filthy and should be demolished!!! We booked here last minute to be close to the airport on the last night of our vacation. Everything had a film of filth, the elevator, the walls, the carpet, and not just in the room. The toilet seat was dirty, we wore socks and shoes because the carpet was so gross, there was a cockroach leg stuck to the wall above our bed and the sheets and bed had blood stains. The entire area was booked so we couldn’t change hotels. We ended up going to Target to buy sheets and a blanket and slept with lights on in hopes the roaches would stay hidden. Expedia needs to remove this option and Extended Stay should be ashamed!! If someone offered to pay me, I wouldn’t stay here again! Horrible!!!!

Simple one night stay, close to airport, car rental return, and freeway. I will stay here again when in Phoenix!

Fine venue close to highways and places to go

The hotel was only 5 minutes from the airport very accessible by streets and freeways. Very easy to reach places of interest because of it.

A mini visit home

The carpet was in need of a good shampoo, white socks are now black.. Staff was nice. Helped me when hotels.com mixed up. The hotel I wanted to stay. Over all it was ok
