Close to the airport

I checked in at 1 am, the guy looked like he just woke up. The room was clean and the location was convenient. The bed was not so comfortable.

Smelly Room

Our room was very smelly. It smelled like someone with very bad BO cleaned the room or something. Blanket was dirty with small pieces of hair stuck to it :( I pulled off the comforter of course, but the blanket itself was not good. The bed was comfortable but that’s the only positive. I wouldn’t stay here again and I’m not picky. Stayed at plenty of extended stays before and this was definitely the worst. Too bad.

Very bad

Dirty hallway , smelly rooms , bed bugs , noisy place , sleep in your car you will get more comfort

not good value

Pros: On the bright side the staff was very positive and helpful.
The whole facility smelled of cigarette smoke, the rooms included even though I requested a non smoking room, otherwise the rooms were clean. On the bright side the staff was very positive and helpful.

Only if in a pinch

Pros: There is a Waffle House across the parking lot. Even that was a dump.
Wouldn't stay here again. The structure of the hotel is wood frame, so consequently, you hear all footsteps in the hallway above, day and night. Most of the room is occupied by a small kitchen - but even with the kitchen, the room is no larger than a standard room. Everything is cramped. The whole place just felt dirty. I know Phoenix is no charmed city, but even the neighborhoods around the hotel were awful. Disappointing hotel, disappointing city. Won't stay again.

Pros: 0
sicken with all the smell of the cigarette or cigar. I got a major headache. Staff is not at the front desk. I took a picture of a cigarette burnt on a sheet in my room. I stayed there one night and it was a nightmare.

Great experience

Pros: Excellent customer service, very clean.
Cons: Nothing more to improve. They exceeded my expectation.
Location: Well, I didn't really go out except to eat at the Waffle House which was 2 minute walk from the hotel. So, don't have this information.
I had a extremely great experience staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was so pleased by the customer service. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist named Brittaney welcomed me with a friendly smile and throughout the conversation she was extremely friendly. She made me feel special. She offered coffee to me and truly went the extra mile getting me a room. Even the cleaning staff were very welcoming and friendly as I walked past them. Amazing, amazing service. I will definitely stay there when I travel to Phoenix again.
