Only stay one night. But was clean hotel and very pleasant.

Nice hotel convenient to PHX and to the airport

Conveniently located. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and hot breakfast, which is a plus. My only disappointment is that the Chinese cultural center across the St was going through litigation and many shops have already moved out.

Unexpected room deposit. Blinds and curtains did not close. Unruly upstairs neighbor making noise late at night so I couldn't sleep and into wee hours of the morning.

Screwed up plumbing

It is universal that cold water is on the right and hot water on the left. Also blue usually indicates cold and red indicates hot. But not at this hotel! The faucets in the bathroom were backwards and we never did get any cold water out of the bathroom sink faucet: only hot water! Luckily there was a small "bar" sink in the room that was working properly which we used instead. You had to be careful in the shower too because as soon as you turned it on it was boiling hot. So odd! We were just looking for a comfortable hotel to stay in the night before our flight home. With so many hotels to choose from near the airport I would not recommend this one.

Comfortable, big & clean room.

The hotel room is very nice with modern style, comfortable bed, very big and clean. breakfast is not bad. And hotel staffs are very friendly too.

Everything was good except the warped carpet and smell on the 3rd floor almost looked like the hall sprinklers went off. They definitely need to re stretch the carpet. Other than that we love Hampton's

hair blower sparked while i was using it

the stay would've been perfect if not for the hair dryer that sparked while i was using it. in fairness to the hotel personnel when i called about it, she asked first if i was okay and that meant a lot. according to the one that she sent to look at it, a part inside went loose that sparked and gave burnt fumes. was kinda traumatic. everything else was fine. room was clean and breakfast was great but i hope they check their appliances every so often to make sure they're working well and to avoid any injury to guests.
