We got checked in and as we we're unloading our car, people went in and took items out of the car. When reported to management they said they would review there security cameras and call me back...I still have heard nothing. Room are comfortable...but that's it.please be safe in this area!

We sincerely apologize for your bad experience. We checked our cameras to check, but since your car was in between two other cars, it is difficult to see if anything happened. You also said that someone "moved" your car, but we did not see anything happen on the cameras. We have never had anything like this happen before at our hotel, and again, we apologize that you were not pleased with your stay.

Not used to a hotel having laminate flooring - since Slidell is humid in the warmer months, it made walking around the room in your bare feet tricky.

Horrible! Will never stay again!

This place is full of drug users and on 2 seperate occasions my children saw 2 different women with bare bottoms. The staff surrounded my husband and one of them shoved my husband because the staff made a mistake on our charge. Then they tried to run our card for twice the amount of the stay. Worst hotel experience ever!

Although we trust our staff to respect our guests, we will speak with them on this matter. The front desk staff would not purposefully charge a card twice. Again, we will do what is in our control. Thank you.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean and quiet

Check-in was a breeze, fast and easy with friendly staff at the counter. Room was located on the first floor, so car could be parked right up to the door. Room was very clean, good size, nice king bed, and included a table with chairs. Bed was comfortable and the whole hotel was quiet and clean. Price is right for what this hotel offers. Did not visit the pool, so can't comment on that. Breakfast was fresh and the hot waffles are always great. Did not have anyone else at the free breakfast, so it was easy to browse the offerings and go back for more. Great start to the day! Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again next time in Slidell.

It was a little dirty but would have been ok except I got a wake up call at 4 am and wasn't planning to get up untill 6 am and was in the middle of a trip between Texas and Florida . I called the office after the second call at 4:15 and they told me to unplug the phone. I did not get back to sleep after that and when I mentioned it to the manager in the morning he did not appear to care
