“The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English.”

“The hotel does not have personnel in the front desk. They said they sent a code by mail. Well, never happened. A hotel needs a front desk, for many reasons. NEVER AGAIN”

The room had everything we needed, we didn't have dinner but did have a drink in the bar, and then breakfast had a great selection too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we are needing to be in the area.”
