Room was cozy,clean,had comfortable beds.The bathroom was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was OK
(they will order poached eggs from the kitchen-upon request)
A bit more urgency in replenishing the hot food trays would be a subtle criticism but the staff were helpful,courteous and adorned a friendly smile!

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

The duplex has 2 king bedrooms with ensuites. Living room, kitchen, tvs and space.

A lovely stay in the penthouse with young children over a three night stay. Very effective communication and a remote replacement sorted for the main lounge tv within an hour, extremely pleased with the way the hosts were accommodating. Only downfall was the lift not working.
