Beautiful Motel; Housekeeping DisappointingPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: The décor, overall cleanliness, desk staff, comfortable beds
Cons: Housekeeping and posting of breakfast times.
Location: Location was ideal
Was disappointed by the housekeeping staff. We stayed 2 nights an the initial ration of towels was a little on the sparse side. We didn't pay attention to it since we had enough to just get us through until the next day and thought we would get more when the room was made up. Unfortunately, the room was not made up. There was a note slipped under the door saying they wanted to respect our privacy and leading us to believe we had left a "do not disturb" sign on the door. We might have believed that if (1) the sign was still in place (which it wasn't) and (2) my granddaughter had not said, as I went down for breakfast, that she noticed the maids were on the floor and she was taking the "do not disturb" sign off. As a result, we had did not come back to a nicely made up room and we had to call the desk to bring us up towels, since we used all of them all the night before. On the plus side, the room was nicely decorated and the desk staff, both day and night, were very helpful. I was glad the room contained a refrigerator and microwave, as well. It would have in nice it the breakfast dining area hours we posted more prominently. We missed breakfast on the day we checked out (Mon.) because we thought the weekend hours (open until 10:00 AM) were the same as the weekday hours (open 9:00 AM). However, we could have been told when we checked in and we just neglected to remember. This is one of the more expensive motels in the area. I expected more.

This is a new hotel with very nice amenities. The room was decorated nicely with a very comfortable bed. It made for a very good nights rest the pool is small but very modern. I would def visit again!

Great place!Posted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
We were in town for shopping. Although 10 minutes from the outlet mall it was worth the drive.

A friends shopping trip to Grove City PA. Hotel was clean, a little on a small side, but comfy enough for the night. The amenities were great. Had a lovely stay.

Visit after 20 years awayPosted Jun 26, 2015 on Hotels
Other than confusion on which street the hotel is on (actually off Rt. 108), a very nice, convenient hotel.

Average ServicePosted May 4, 2015
Pros: The hotel is new and clean!
Cons: The service level was very unexpected. When requesting towels the staff did not bring it up. We were told to pick it up at the desk. Very odd.
Location: The location was good right near SRU where I will visit for the next 7 years. However i would stay at another hotel.
The hotel was clean and new. However the overall service and staff were just okay. I thought staying here would be great as it is so close to my daughters college where she will attend FT in the fall. In doing research it was about 100 dollars more than all other area hotels and I guess my expectaiton was for that level of servce as well. This was not the case. I can not justify the extra expense for future trips.

Nice but nothing special for the price.Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: The rooms were clean.
Cons: Friendly staff.
Staff was not very helpful. I thought I was bothering them to check in. It was not worth the price.
