"This time my experience was bad. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the vibe feels a bit ghetto. Also, I had the bad luck of encountering unfriendly staff this time—they were more aggressive or just less nice, if I can put it that way. I stayed in a Flamingo room; I usually stay in a Go Room, but we wanted to try something different this time. However, I still prefer the Go Rooms because they feel nicer. On the first night, my husband thought he saw a mouse in the room, but he wasn’t sure. We looked for it and didn’t find anything during the two nights we stayed, but we were left with that uneasy feeling because we heard a noise like a rodent when the lights were off. I don’t want to make accusations without being certain—it was just something that made us feel uncomfortable. A few times when I asked questions in the lobby, the staff responded in an annoyed way, and at times it even felt a bit discriminatory. Additionally, the parking situation is really a headache. It was extremely full, and we needed EV chargers, which are very limited. Many cars that were not charging—or weren’t even EVs—were occupying those spots, so it was almost impossible to find a charger or even a parking spot in general. I don’t think I would stay here again. I’d rather spend a little more and stay at a different hotel, or find another one in the same price range."

"Nice hotel but no coffee and no water in the rooms - you need at least one of the two. Either a 15 min walk to coffee or an hour wait for room service. Not for anyone who isn’t a morning person :)"

"Only reason I got this hotel for my family to use the water slide,but they were closed!!! When I was there never got fresh towel they never clean our room !! Game are overpriced, rides were also overprice!!! We were lost inside casino/hotel several times because no signs!!"

"We had a handicapped room. It had broken hinges on the bathroom door. The walk in shower seal was stained yellow and appeared very dirty. The room lacks overall cleaning as most of the hotel. Very disappointing. My daughter in a wheelchair could not open the door to the room so she would not be able to access the HANDICAPPED room without someone else. "
