Praha Five Review

Decent stay. The room was too hot despite aircon being on the lowest setting, they sent someone quickly to investigate but it wasn't resolved and they couldn't speak English. They also were very slow on reception, with staff unoccupied while one dealt with issues. At no point was it explained why we weren't being served, this happened on multiple occasions. The road outside was being reconstructed while we were there, but that's just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast is great, the room was very clean and well presented but i'd definitely think twice before booking again. I like the overall area of Andel. I've been to this hotel before and the service has gone a bit down hill.

Nice hotel if you ready to pay for UBER

Pros: Service, stuff.
Location: The old city of Prague
The location are not too close to the city centre, when we arrived they moved us to the another network hotel because of some issues and gave us free upgrade and transfers. The hotel are really nice to stay in it if you ready to get to the city with taxi or uber.

Fantastic hotel next to metro

We went for a weekend trip and stayed at the hotel. Lovely location and breakfast. Nice spacious comfortable rooms. Very polite and helpful staff. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast included in the rate we booked.

We enjoyed our stay at the Occidental Praha 5. We did however have a problem with the wifi in the room. We were told at check out that we were trying to connect to the wrong wifi but not so sure about that. Otherwise a great stay with a fantastic breakfast.

We had amazing stay!

Pros: We forgot to tell the stuff, we might not have time for breakfast, yet they did get us lots of goodies to go. Amazing! Thanks!
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: I liked the location
We liked the welcome drink, the nice clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was the best!!! Will recommend this hotel to everybody. We had great stay!!! Praha is such a beautiful place!

My stay at Prague

It is on a busy road but once you enter the hotel it is quite clean and noise free. I found staff in restaurant are not that welcoming as you expect.

Peaceful and clean

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Cons: The small packages could in the future be replaced by paper wrappings (if the hotel wants to become more environmental friendly).
Location: 3 minutes walk from the metro, a few stops from absolute center. Vysehrad can be seen from the window and reached by foot.
Perfect hotel for someone who wants a good night sleep in a peaceful hotel for an affordable price. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and had all possible necessities.
