Nice, modern hotel close to transport links

There wasn't anything more we could have wanted from the hotel in terms of facilities during our short stay; a good breakfast, good transport links (close to the underground metro, trams and bus station - although if, like us, you don't mind a walk to take in the views; the Old Town Square is around 40 mins on foot), a nice clean room, and free WiFi. Tomas, who I believe was the hotel manager, was exceptional in terms of his attitude towards making us feel welcome and looking after us, particularly on one occasion where we had to take breakfast in the lobby when the breakfast room was full. Interestingly enough, reading other reviews since coming back, Tomas has been mentioned by other people, so definitely a plus point and not a one off thing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Prague.

Very nice, smaller hotel

Although the hotel is around 2-3 miles from Old Town, Prague; it worked out very nice for us. We stayed a week and loved our neighborhood ( many nice restaurants with very reasonable prices and great food in the neighborhood around the hotel ). We walked to the Old Town ( it took around an hour ) on one our days there. We took Uber many times during our stay and also took the tram. The hotel is very cute. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. Our only complaint is that the lady that cleaned our room seemed to always forget to leave us shampoo, toilet paper, coffee cups, instant coffee packets and creamer ( and never took our dirty cups and glasses when she cleaned our room ). We would definitely stay there again.

We came for part of our honeymoon and we had a fantastic stay. Staff made it extra special for us and upgraded our room free of charge. Room was slightly worn down but would recommend this hotel.

Praha Five Review

Decent stay. The room was too hot despite aircon being on the lowest setting, they sent someone quickly to investigate but it wasn't resolved and they couldn't speak English. They also were very slow on reception, with staff unoccupied while one dealt with issues. At no point was it explained why we weren't being served, this happened on multiple occasions. The road outside was being reconstructed while we were there, but that's just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast is great, the room was very clean and well presented but i'd definitely think twice before booking again. I like the overall area of Andel. I've been to this hotel before and the service has gone a bit down hill.

Nice hotel if you ready to pay for UBER

Pros: Service, stuff.
Location: The old city of Prague
The location are not too close to the city centre, when we arrived they moved us to the another network hotel because of some issues and gave us free upgrade and transfers. The hotel are really nice to stay in it if you ready to get to the city with taxi or uber.
