“Did not get the room we had booked online. Our room was not cleaned during the day so I called the front desk twice and got no answer. I walked down and they were all chatting actively ignoring phone calls. When asked to take the dirty towels they said housekeeping would do it tomorrow. Not exactly as “prestige” as expected. On the positive the bed was comfortable!!”

“It was ok. Rooms were clean, super basic. The A/C worked well though so that was nice. Breakfast was ok although some items didn't appear very fresh.”
