Horrible staff and charged more upon checkin

Booked a pet friendly room and charged more money for pets upon checkin. Staff on duty was rude n nasty and refused to checkin without paying more money. Refused to refund money or provided receipt. Crooks!

Have stayed in much nicer Baymont hotels

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Needs to be updated, very old and worn.
Location: Location is ok.
Reserved a king bed, when arrived was told they didn't have anymore king beds. Motel is definitely old, stains everywhere. Very dingy, dreary. Room was same. Snickers candy wrapper left on floor by previous occupant. Beds decent, pillows lumpy. Clean bathroom, ok TV. Breakfast was average. Would not stay there again.

All the lamps at the bedside were inoperable. There was low flow in the shower. The security latch was broken. The bathroom door did not latch properly.

Yuck!!!

Room was musty smelling, tub had a filthy cloth non-skid pad in it covering a huge crack in the tub. Very low water pressure. When we pulled back the blanket and sheets we found someone else's hair in on the mattress. Absolutely HORRIBLE hotel.

Not Again

Tried this hotel for business , I usually stay at one every week It took me 20 mins and the help of another guest to even get in Room. The bad 1.Room smelt like a ashtray and was supposed to be non smoking2. Bathroom door broken,3 water like rust and just all around the worst hotel for money ever. I went twice to get assistance just get in door not one person at desk .poor girl working did not have a clue what a joke!!!
