Good location

Location: Close to malls, restaurant. Great location
It was a good stay. The room was clean. The hotel location is good. Will stay again

Did not meet my expectations at all

Definitely not worth the room rate. The room was nicely decorated as far as fixtures and wall paper but the facilities were in bad condition. The room was a bit musty when we first walked in so we turned in the air and sprayed fragrance. I was looking forward to taking a bath but The bathtub flooring was torn, stained and dirty and The toilet seat was loose and shaky. I also like to read at night but couldn't because the night stand lights did not work. I chose this hotel because it was close to family. I checked it out online and the room was nothing like the pictures indicated. The front desk staff was understanding of my complaints which I am grateful for but overall they should not allow rooms that have not been cleaned/inspected to be reserved. It was the lowest point of my trip.

Very disappointing

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything!
Location: Lots of restaurants and only about 20 minutes from all the top things to do
The pool was closed due to conditions of the water, fan in the bathroom didn't work, sheets didn't fit the bed, water in shower wouldn't turn off, lights in between beds wouldn't turn on, toilet set would slant to the left. We would not stay there again!

don't judge this book by the cover

It seems they gave the exterior of this hotel a face lift, but neglected to do anything about the inside. It's just sortof sad and run-down on the inside, cracked, peeling and kindof dirty. It was fine, especially for the price, but not somewhere I'd stay again.

Best Bed Ever!

I must say that I was very impressed for the price. I have stayed at a many hotels and I was shocked to say that the bed was truly one of the best I have ever slept in.

Everything was very nice, including the staff. My only complaint was that when I went down for breakfast every morning, they were always out of something. No spoons or the just was all gone, or the food was out. It was always something. It ahouldn't be that difficult to ensure the area is fully stocked throughout the morning and/or check it all before you open so you only have to worry about making food.

Half way pit stop

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Breakfast, bathroom facilities, shuttle service to nearby Mall provided and Reception Computer services improved.
Location: It would have been helpful if they had provided a free shuttle service like other hotels in the same group as the location only has fast food outlets.
Hotel needs complete refurbishment, room ok but Bathroom facilities poor. Hotel computer services inadequate for current market, reception had to manually retain credit card details on a piece of paper, advised that this information would be shredded eventually by manager, this to me was unacceptable whether one star or five star. Will never stay here in the future.

Second time staying here in a short time span. Room was great, the size was good and it was comfortable. Only issue was the bathroom, could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't a big enough deal to make a fuss about it. Front desk staff has been gracious both times. Will stay there again for sure.
