“Building is older but well kept. Newer faucets, tub surrounds, flat screen, brand new room air conditioner. Minimal bedding, no carpeting, all hard surfaces. Very scant toiletries, towels all clean and in good condition. Morning coffee very basic, no decaf, no tea. Would have liked a donut, muffin, or pastry.”

“Close enough to the action, but far enough away. Convenient location that allows you multiple choices for driving to Assateague in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and warm. Classic late 80s/90s beach vibe to the place which was exactly what I needed. The best sunsets, clean pool, and super cool hot tub room. I'll be back.”
