If we could give this property 10 stars, we would! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and much more than we were expecting. Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found. No issues or complaints from me and fiance, and we shall make the Hotel Roxy Plaza our go-to for not only our visits but also family and friends that are planning to visit the beautiful country of Italy!!!!

Soave a Beautiful medieval town
Wonderful location at the gates to the old Town. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave good recommendations for food and places to see. The hotel is in immaculate condition, the room was very spacious and well appointed. We were very happy with our stay.

Good place to stay
Very good choice for us, very close to the town, easy to visit. Staff were very helpful recommending places to eat, taste wine and places to visit. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was very good. Care taken with cleanliness and hygiene was good in these difficult times.

Nice hotel near old city
Very nice hotel in an excellent location: near the old city, which is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, however it had a strong smell - maybe from the cleaning products. The breakfast was really good with fresh coffee. Free parking was also a plus! I recommend it!

The room was very clean, staff were very welcoming and professional. The quality of the food was not great and the noise from the lobby and eating area could be easily heard from my room on the first floor.

This hotel has a tiny parking lot, so we had to park far away and walk to the hotel each time. The bed was old and the pillows were very hard. You have to put your room key into the wall to make the lights work and the cleaning staff took our extra key the first day. They only provide one cup for drinking and the bathroom did not seem very clean. The climate control system was very complicated and for some reason shut off the second night we were there and there was no way to get it back on, so the room was hot. The breakfast area was nice and provided a lot of choices.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. The only problem is the transportation, you have to ensure to check the bus timetables to avoid missing the bus.

Haven't seen such a nice and friendly staff before in any other hotels. you you always receive smile and make sure this is not due to their business, they are very nice people there. it was our baby's firs birthday and they made it true.our trip was in Verona, but booked this one. if you have car and you wanna visit Verona and Venizia and look for some nice wines, try this hotel. Break fast is very good there was only one point was disappointing was the internet connection, you will have several disconnections.

The Hotel Roxy Plaza is better than outstanding!
Everyone was friendly, spoke English, our room was ready early and very clean. The view of the town and the river was just relaxing. And the breakfast, just outstanding!

A decent place to stay in Soave
The hotel is very near to the castle. For a small town like Soave can be considered a rather big one. Well run. Rooms are clean, quite big and decorated in a countryside style. All expected amenities present. Breakfast makes no surprises, but was ok for us.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views
We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Roxy Plaza hotel. We were greeted by a smiling, helpful lady who gave us ideas for restaurants in the town.The room was big and had a great view onto the castle and town.

It was a very pleasant stay, we got a chance to assist a wine festival that took place just in front of the hotel. The town of Soave is a very nice medieval city with its Castle and a lot of wine shops and charming restaurants.

Perfect location between Verona and Venezia.
I loved the location between the two cities...and having a castle just outside your hotel room didn't hurt either! The hotel is virtually just outside the city walls. Our top floor rooms looked directly across the rooftops and up at the castle. Absolutely enchanting! We hiked up to the castle twice.

Great Trip to the Veneto
Extremely happy with the Hotel Roxy. Though it may not have the same character of a B&B or a more historic physical property, the location, cleanliness and personable staff - particularly, Rafael - more than make up for it. The Hotel is ideally located at the front gates of Soave and easy walk to the castle. Walking distant to superb restaurants: REALDA Enoteca, Enoteca Drago and Residenza y Cucina (in that order). If you are interested in the wine, then you must visit Franco and Paola at Enoteca de Soave - the best vini from the regions of Soave and Valpolicella are reasonably priced by the grass and Franco will steer you in the right direction. Finally, we had great day trips throughout Soave, Valpolicella and Verona and if we had more time would have gone to Simione (Lago de Garda) and further north into the Dolomites . . . maybe next time!

Great Location.
Hotel is only seconds away from the walled city and - if you have a room at the back - the view of the castle on the hill is gorgeous. Could do with a restaurant and bar maybe but there are plenty of others within a few moments walk.

Located just outside the castle gates, the hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Noticed the hotel is used by bus groups however this did not impact on noise or service levels. The bus to Verona is opposite the hotel and it's an easy walk up to the castle, restaurants and shops in Soave. We'd recommend to others.

The hotel and the town was a great experience. Hotel was modern, clean and nice dekorated. Breakfast was delicious. The town had a lot of charackteristic, especially the walk to the castle and view from up there. We had an great time and would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Great hotel, modern comforts in a historic location. The only negative was the first night of our stay the air-conditioning had broken so our room was very warm. We were upgraded to a junior suite for the remainder of our 5 night stay. Staff friendly and efficient, rooms large and clean. Huge beds. Fridge and kettle. TV but no English channels. Breakfasts very good.

Would definitely stay again.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The lobby and rooms are very spacious and have high ceilings. The rooms and decor are charming. The bathroom is large by European standards and lined with marble. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel has secure underground parking and is located by a canal. Right across the canal is the wall of the medieval city of Soave. Excellent restaurants and gelato. There is an open air market (can't remember which day). An easy drive to Verona either by highway or on the back roads through the vineyards.

Great hotel great area
Wish we had more time to stay longer would probably go back if we get a chance. Across the road from Soave a gorgeous little medieval town with lots of character. A nice easy car ride into Verona (just over 20km) and you can take the scenic route through lots of little italian villages along the way. We were going here as it was affordable for Verona but Soave just was such a little treasure find. Breakfast was Awesome especially for those that like English/American breakfasts but also for sweet breakfast as well. Hotel service was also fab. Easy parking outside.
