Vanessa was very helpful at check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable as well as quiet. Safe parking. Only bummer was the pool was closed for maintenance.

Why no pool availability?
This was our second stay here in 2023....we enjoy visiting the nearby Bosque del Apache. On your vist in May, the pool was closed for repairs. We assumed that by late December, all would be in order again, but once more found that there was no availability for using the pool or hot tub. A disapointment. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel, and we appreciate the breakfast offerings that include hot eggs and sausage. I guess I would call the hotel ahead of another vist, and perhaps make another selection, if they can't get there pool and hot tub functioning.

This smaller town facility was better on all of the above categories, and much more comfortable than a high end urban hotel in a large city one week before. Staff were competent, rooms were cleaned well every day, the bed was excellent, and the heating/cooling system worked perfectly. Best in several years.

The fact there is no working pool or hot tub was really disappointing. However, the staff gave us a discount and upgrade to a suite, which was helpful.

No Pool or jacuzzi
The pool has been out of order for MONTHS now. I called in JULY and it was not working. Now we are in November and I figured it had to be by now! NOPE.

Excellent hotel value for money
Excellent value for the money. Hotel and rooms were clean, service and staff were efficient, breakfast was good and on time. Close access to expressway, restaurants and Walmart. Will stay again if visiting the area.

Bathroom still had partially used soap, water in ice bucket with lid off, shampoo used and opened. While everything else looked ok in room looked like bathroom was rushed or someone just used it for shower and freshening up. Too late and tired to fix it but disturbing nonetheless.

I had issues with the door not working multiple times and staff had to come up and repair it multiple times just so I could enter the room. The sink stunk horribly due to a stopped up sink and the breather was emitting horrendous odors. TV controller did not work and I had to ask twice for it to be repaired or progammed. The stay was not comfortable and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to call and ask for things to be repaired. I will not stay her again. I visit Socorro quarterly. The rate was ok but the stay was not acceptable.

The hotel itself is supposed not-so-new, but the room was clean, towels and sheets were clean, and staffs were nice and polite, and I had a comfortable stay here.

Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Room and A/C were quiet. Particularly liked the quality linens and towels. The coffee maker in the room wasn't stocked and there was only one cup. The driveway had a number of potholes and the area around the hotel was poorly landscaped if at all
