Front desk lady was so ignorant of us. She was answering a phone call for about 30 mins when we came to check in. She didn't even look at us until she complete the call. We were super tired when we reach the hotel, that attitude made it worse. Hotel was super clean and great. That front desk lady should be taught how to do multiple tasks without irritating customers.
