This hotel was a great price including breakfast. It was walkable to the main attractions. The room was large and clean. The young man who checked us in was very helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Sofia. The only issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Close enough to a Metro station (the Sofia Metro is excellent and by far the best way to get to the airport - less than 1 euro). Nice hotel with everything you need. 5 minute walk to the centre.

Good choice for Sofia
Very good hotel. There was a large selection in Breakfast. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Should I revisit Sofia I will definitely choose this hotel.

Exceptional service
Great service, they helped me to arrange a taxi in the middle of the night, as I had a to fly eraly morning. When they found out I was leaving at that time they organized for me a lunch box for the way. The location of the hotel is also good. Everything was very good

The hotel is near to all the sites and there are restaurants and fast food outlets within half a mile,the hotel does look a little dated and the rooms are quite compact maybe a tight fit if the room is for two,my main complaint was the front of house guy i arrived at the hotel at 12.15 knowing i couldnt check in until 14.00 but i had a bad fall in the morning and needed to clean up and rest the guy at the desk said he would swap my room for one that was ready by the time he had arranged this it was 14.00 such bad customer service i didnt expect from best western front of house staff,i would still recommend this hotel.

Wedding anniversary trip
!!Amazing staff!!. Since we check-in , the people in the lobby help us with everything we need. Assist us to how to go to a near Mall, Mall of Sofia. where we can change money and to where to eat. Then what to see in the beautiful city of Sofia in 10 minutes walk. The room and the bath room very good. The breakfast was superb. Congratulations. Excellent job!!

The breakfast was amazing, great choice and a big variety of food. I wasn’t keen on the decor of the whole hotel. It is very dated in the room’s and throughout.

Stay here!
Hygiene and cleanliness was to a high standard. Bedding and towels replaced daily. Shower and room really clean. Room and bed really comfortable. Staff really kind and helpful. Breakfast Was great with loads of choice. I will return there later in the year. Only downside is they don’t do lunches or evening meals. Lovely restaurants close by and delivery. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked for 3 nights but we had to leave a day before, the hotel wasn’t flexible at all and they charged the whole amount. No tissues or water in the rooms. Other than that the staff is so nice and helpful.

Acceptable needs a bit more for bw standards
Great staff the girl of the Avengers was very nice and helpful! The young dude of our check in was very pro like wiki 😃 The hotel is quite good but breakfast was not that good.. nor the quality nor the schedule for the rest it was a nice expirienc I do recommend it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and cultural attractions. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious. There are some issues that can be improved. The carpet in the room was stained and the door handles broken. With some extra maintenance the quality could be greatly improved. No parking on site, hotel has parking nearby for 8 €/day.
