"Lovely little stay with 6 friends, stairs were tiring but was fine given we are all fit and well. Towels, iron, ironing board all provided. All was very clean. Communication was brilliant they allowed us to drop our luggage off at 12pm. Lots of food places and shops locally we found the location perfect. Use the 3 words app to locate, defo easier than Google."

"We booked/paid 6 months in advance, had an email just before saying our booking ‘was guaranteed’ (in bold) so felt safe but we never got checked-in, kept leaving messages on their number (no front desk and no one to speak to ) and Hotels.com couldn’t help/reach them either. After sitting outside for 2 hours we had to find somewhere else to stay. Ruined our special occasion and days later we still have no explanation or refund. "

"At first blush, the space was clean and simple, and in a good location, as was advertised. As we "lived in it", we found that there were no forks, the stove and the hot plates did not work. There was mold and mildew in the shower, the tape in the corners of the bedroom windows did not hold out the noise and the air. The location was good, but it was very noisy until well past 1:00am. We ended up sleeping on the hide-a-bed to escape the street noise. Communication with management was not good...
