The bed is too soft for queen bed for two people. If one moves the other feel the bed is shaking.the room is very small.

The Scandic brand always serves a wonderful breakfast, included with your stay. This is my go to when I have an early flight from SOLA.

Great selection for early morning flights - Scandic Stavanger is beside the airport and guests can walk to it. Scandic is also within walking distance of the beach and the Old Church. Extremely convenient the property is a bit dated but clean. I would stay here again.

Me and my family got to the hotel at about 1 am and was welcomed very kindly. Even though it was late, the front desk lady was incredible! We had messed up our reservations, but they were very understanding and headed tond

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. It was super close to the terminal and the rental car parking was right in back. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was nothing that I did not like I just had to learn how to use the room card to work the elevator. I borrowed a plug for charging my phone from the front desk since I only had a USA adapter.

This hotel is easy walking distance to airport, rental car facilities, and local transportation. Evening dining at the hotel was good, especially if you do not want to drive anywhere. This hotel is short staffed, not well maintained, and not accommodating to early travelers. We waited 20 minutes at checkin during normal 4-6 pm checkin times for the hotel to find someone who could check us in. The room was not well maintained, with uncovered vents in the bathroom and seals on the bathroom door falling off. I had an early flight, and even though the breakfast buffet was mostly set up, the dining room staff would not allow a 10 minute early entry and stated the front desk had take away bags to cover this. When checking at the front desk, there were no such items unless you had ordered them in advance. This was overall a very disappointing stay, as I have greatly enjoyed staying here in the past and at other Scandic hotels.

Very meh
You get one tiny little pillow; the one I got on the plane the next day was just as good. I booked for two people, but was given a single room without enough bedding or towels. The gym is missing key weight sizes. It’s okay for a night before a flight, but nothing more than that.

All was great, other hotels are further away from terminals and not worth few bucks cheaper, here is ideal and you can take as much sleep if morning flight, not worrying about commute or anything. Breakfast exceptional, all easy and comfy beds.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Reception workers very pleasant. Kitchen and breakfast outstanding as usual. Renhold staff always pleasing. But the elevators very dirty. On the main floor on Sunday no toilet paper and only 1 bathroom worked. 2 floor coffee machine wasn’t working. Never any creamer or milk. Always had to ask for it. And had problems with the door lock. Sometimes it locked when you left the room but 80% of the time you had to relock it Overall workers very pleasant but the rooms need an update rugs washed and elevators cleaned.

Staying in this hotel was a very disappointing experience. Paying 3000 NOK for a hotel without service. TV was broken we were told when checking in.That is not a problem sir. Or do you want really another room? The room was prepared for one person. If We could make our own bed with spare. Spare set was incomplete and looked dirty. Room service would come to bring the 2nd towel. Took them over an hour. While the girl was doing a room two doors down. Did not feel well so wanted lay down but could not because had to wait for house keeping. Reception had “Sorry we are away sign” around 5pm - prime to check in... Soap dispensers were left open. Shower head sprayed all directions due to not being cleaned properly for a long time. This hotel is conveniently close to the terminal but expect high price and no service!

Also sorry that you had to wait for housekeeping, and not least for the tv that did not work. We've gone through our routines to make sure this doesn't happen again, and the TV antenna amplifier which was out of order is now replaced. Again, we are so sorry and we hope you will come back to us again!

Although it is located by the side of the airport, you almost can't hear the noise of airplane. The breakfast is excellent and it's the best I had on entire trip to Europe. The price is decent, surpassed our expectations!
