"The hotel was great and family friendly. Each room had an ocean view. I fell asleep and woke up hearing the waves crash. The staff was all wonderful and friendly. Mirena in the buffet was so nice and friendly. She gave us a tip to ease my son's sunburn after day one and it worked. Sue Ann in the Concierre desk was friendly and help me get number ballons for my daughter's birthday. Dinbo who was out in the lobby helping guest get taxis and rides was so nice and friendly. The hotel made you feel welcome. Next time we come down we are staying here. "

"Renaissance Resort Is The Utmost BEST 5 STAR Resort . Each And Everyone Was So Welcoming , Nice , Friendly Homely And I Could Go On And On . The Hotel Is Very Clean All The Staff And Guest That I Met Was Very Nice And Friendly .The Rooms Are Very Huge And The Furniture Are Very Modern And Unique .My Suite Was On The 5 th Floor And My Room Had Ocean View , Sea View & Garden View So You Know It Felt Like I Was In HEAVEN !!! MISS ICOLYN My Houskeeper Wonderful !!! Whenever We Go On Our Days Activities And Come Back The Room Was Always Ver SPOTLESS , SPARKLING CLEAN , NEAT FRESH AND EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT. ALWAYS.
