“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

“Ohne Zweifel, eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Strand fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern die super eingerichtet war. Die Küche war fast besser als zu Hause. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sogar einen late Checkout ohne Mehrkosten erlaubt. Taxis nach Tulum stehen direkt an der Ecke und kosten ca 20 U$. Einziger Nachteil, das Essen im Hotel war langweilig und völlig überteuert. Zwei gute Restis sind in 5……

“This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away. Keep in mind, being outside the main hotel zone food options are limited to a few……

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……
