Hotel basic staff friendly and help you out as much as they can. Great location if you want to travel around Somerset and close to seaside places. I would stay again as its real good value for money.

Ideal location for Weston Super Mare.Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Comfort, friendly, ideally located to where we wanted to go, value for money.
Cons: Need to get some fans in, room was extremely warm even with windows open.
Location: Located just off the M5 in between junctions 21 and 22 ideally located for Weston Super Mare and Brean. Services opposite for fuel and food.
Great value for money, stayed for two nights and was made to feel very welcome. Staff on hand 24/7 and anything you need is there in a flash. Only down side was that the room got very hot even with windows open......could do with getting some fans in... Overall very happy and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Don't take too many devices you want to charge!Posted Aug 20, 2015
Staff very welcoming but toilet still had evidence of last guests which was unpleasant. Not scrupulously clean. Only one power socket (not counting TV socket) so difficult to charge up more than one mobile phone plus ipads and have cup of tea at same time.

Decent stopover for stay in Weston SuperMare&BreanPosted Aug 18, 2015
Good hotel at affordable price with easy routes to Weston and Brean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the most comfortable beds and wifi down during our stay but would still recommend.

Dog friendly hotel and Fido goes for a fiver!Posted May 30, 2015
Pros: Smallish hotel but good customer service. Dog friendly with economical pricing.
Cons: Parking tickets for cars unable to park. Re-new duvets. Don't put adult or child over 8 in pull out bed as too hard.
Location: It is central to reach, Cheddar Gorge, Bristol, Glastonbury and Wales. Weston S. M is awful, sinking mud holes on beach and expensive parking.
Dogs are very welcome and catered for with the provision of a decent exercise place away from the traffic. Just be aware that the rabbits are everywhere if you're tempted to take the lead off! A fiver for your stay is brilliant as it's 4 times as much at Travelodge. If there are 3 people the size of adults then you'll be given a pull out single bed. Beware this option as you're setting yourself up for a poor nights sleep as it is hard. Maybe if you're 3 years old but not for an 11 or up. Rather say there are 4 of you so you get 2 doubles even if you lose a bit of space. There are subway, burger king, w h smith on this side of the road but no other meal options. You can however get to the other side of the M5 via the 'secret road' you'll be told about where they are happy to box up a freshly cooked meal for you to bring back. Breakfast is buy an adult get a childs free which isn't too bad but I still think better to bring your own cereal and long life milk. Don't try to save fresh milk as it won't last 24 hours in room.

Nice hotel but could have another way outPosted May 19, 2015
Pros: Nice beds and powerful shower
Cons: Not just one hot chocolate as there was 2 of us and 2 packs of biscuits
We had to drive miles to go the opposite direction they could have a bride or a of motorway road to keep you on the same side as we was visiting taunton

Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception deskPosted May 16, 2015
Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and a good supply of leaflets to pick up regarding amenities
Cons: The access to the free wi-fi
Location: Easy access to surrounding countryside through a back gate operated by code. Plenty of leaflets about places to explore and a good pub nearby.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a pleasant outlook. The tea/coffee facilities were good but we could have done with replacement plastic mugs as we were staying for three nights. However, these were readily given to us on request. We would have no hesitation in using this hotel again.
