Poor front desk staff

The management need to teach the front desk employees how to greet their customers, i greet them very nice way, they even did not say one word back.

Good Budget Stay

Cons: It's totally fine for the price range
Location: It's in a business area of Edison N.J. You're probably either working at a nearby business, or you're going there for its conference facilities.
First, the street address is not going to help you get to this place. There is no access to the hotel from Woodbridge Ave. Get your maps program and look on the South of the hotel; King George's Post Road, as I recall, is the street that has the entrance to this place. That's a bit frustrating, as you'll end up driving around a bit if you don't know this in advance (the voice of experience!) The hotel is definitely budget, and the corridors look it (and there's a hint of a musty kind of smell, though only a hint) The room was significantly better, though still budget. Curtains that don't ride very smoothly, a fridge that while working was rather frosted up, and was missing all its shelves. There's a nice coffee maker (one of those Keurig machines that creates vast amounts of landfill waste from the little plastic cups) The wifi was great; strong signal and fast. No problem watching movies on a streaming service. Towels and bathroom products definitely budget, but entirely servicable and clean, lots of hot water too. I was a bit surprised by the party that was going on on my first evening. It did stop around ten p.m. but while happening it was so loud that I couldn't escape the bass thumping (and could recognize several wonderful 1980's tunes!) from the eighth floor. I didn't use the bar or restaurant, and though they only had one staff member at the front desk, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. There's also lots of parking. Overall, a good budge choice

rooms were clean & comfortable, staff was friendly

Cons: Hotel is hard to find for first time guests, signs on nearby highway would be helpfull
Location: location was good. Only stayed one night each visit, didn't have time to take in local sights
hotel was difficult to find at first, but was easy to locate on subsequent visits. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very courteous and helpful. Polo Lounge was very nice, good food and excellent service.Would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends and family. Very good experience overall.

Nice staff. Terrible room.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The room. Was TERRIBLE. Old, broken and unclear screen on the TV, peeling tub, peeling wall paper in the bathroom.
Location: Jersey Shore us pretty close.
The staff was really nice and caring. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, but the room was terrible. I wanted to shower with my sock on. The tub was peeling and the mat in the tub was moldy. The tub it self was dirty. The sheets had holes and there was no comforter on the bed. The maid gave us clean and fluffy towels every day and good service. But her resources were limited.

Last Resort

Cons: Everything could be improved from the customer service to the facility.
I was given a card to a room for check-in. I get to the room and the cleaning woman is still in the middle of cleaning it. I had to go back downstairs and ask for a room that has been cleaned already. The staff was not very helpful. Even the room that they gave me was not the cleanest. The whole entire facility needs a renovation. In the gym, all of the equipment is old and only one machine works.

Staff and housekeeper were friendly. Now for the rooms pillow cases and sheets were disgusting they had stains in them their was no clean towels. Bathroom needs a makeover especially the tub. Carpets were dirty a lot of spots

Un bon hôtel à prix abordable.

Pros: Le confort de la chambre.
Cons: Donner une adresse utilisable par un GPS car l'hôtel n'a pas d'entrée sur la rue de l'adresse qui est indiquée sur la fiche.
Location: Hotel difficile à trouver si on a que son adresse.
L'hôtel est bien situé près de la I-95 et il est économique pour des voyageurs de passage. La chambre était confortable pour 4 personnes. Malheureusement l'Internet ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage.

This is a terrible hotel

Pros: The lobby was nice.
Cons: EVERYTHING. Literally everything.
I've stayed in hotels on a budget before, around the same price range (70-80 a night), so I wasn't expecting luxury. But what I got was awful. The toilet didn't flush, the phone didn't work, 2 of my towels were already used, the entire building smelled like marijuana and mold/mildew... Disgusting! And when I called the front desk (from my cell phone..) they seemed unconcerned and not at all surprised by this information. I would NOT recommend this hotel to a friend, I would NOT stay there again.
