ok for an overnight or weekend stay.Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Location and necessities.
Cons: Some what noisy. Could hear kids up stairs.
The staff was nice and the location is great. One problem with my stay, I reserved a room with a queen bed but was given room with a full size bed. Considering there is a difference in cost, I feel it should be noted.

No cleaningPosted Jul 7, 2015
Cons: Cleaning service every day.
I know I'm spoiled, but not having cleaning every day is very disappointing to seniors. I admit I like having clean sheets and linens and vacuuming every day so not having this service is not only disappointing but almost unredeemable.

Don't go there. They're classless thieves.Posted Jul 3, 2015 on Hotels
One of the most important things to a business is the first person to speak to a new customer. With that said, the person at the front desk was very impersonable and unprofessional (we'll get to that later). He had no idea that we booked the room for two nights. So, at about 10am we were unnecessarily awaken with a phone call from the front desk. The woman on the phone told us that she just wanted to remind us that checkout is 11am. So, I had to remind her that we were there for two nights. I then called her and told her that we needed the complimentary dishes. She told me that she had to put it on the elevator and I had to pick it up myself. And when we went down for the complimentary breakfast and asked where it was being served the front desk person just pointed to a section of the hotel with an attitude and didn't say a word. Next, I went outside for the day with the person I was with. As we were leaving the lady at the front desk told us that we can leave our things in the room until we come back later that day since we had our bags with us. We decided to take the stuff with us anyway. And in addition to that they took a few items we left behind in the room. They're a bunch of classless people that don't have a clue about customer service. Beware of this place. Any good review is posted by the hotel people, trust me. Don't waste your money on this place.

Pretty nice, however,....Posted Jun 19, 2015 on Hotels
The rom had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The room had a stale smell that even my spraying with Febreeze could not eliminate. The bathroom towels were thin and the drape on the window was tired. The on-the-go breakfast was an orange, package of oatmeal and muffin and granola bar and coffee to go which was to be taken back to the room to eat. I cannot say that was drawback, but if someone is looking for a sit down breakfast area this is not the place to stay. The hallways always had a nice smell. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet.

Could be better, could be worse.Posted Jun 9, 2015 on Hotels
I was in town for a funeral. I arrived very late and had no problem checking in. My room was supposed to be equipped standard with at least forks and knives and plates and cups. There was nothing at all in the room. I had a stove I couldn't use. There wasn't even a coffee maker. I was VERY disappointed. I went down in the morning to mention that I had nothing in the room, and to ask if I could have a slightly later check out, as my family funeral wasn't until 2pm. All I got out of my mouth was "Hi, I'm here for a funeral..." and the clerk shut me down without letting me finish, saying "the latest you can check out it 11:30". SO RUDE!!! I just turned around and went back to my room. Oh and the breakfast, at 9am, the coffee was gone and the numbers flashing on the pot indicated they were over 3 hours old, so they never once even checked to get a refill. Lame clerks. Nice hotel but they need to get their act together.

I like this place...it's within walking distance of work, and a great pub, breakfest is easy to grab on the way out the door and it's quite.
