When I got to my room I noticed there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Weird, there is always a small box/wrapped bar of hand soap sitting on the counter in hotel rooms. So, i called the front desk and was told "uh, not sure we have any. I will look amd if i find some i will bring it to you room" i said ok and thought to myself does this mean everyone in their hotel rooms arent washing their hands??! Never heard from him again. Luckly, there is body.in in the shower attached to the wall so i just used that. Then, during the night the ac unit starting squealing and sounding like a airplane. I had to tuen it off completely atound 1am so i could sleep.

Overall - not close to any Fairfield or Marriott I’ve stayed at before. Building is VERY outdated and not clean. Staff was helpful when engaged - but spent most of their time in office behind the front desk unless there was a customer at the desk. Building has no locked doors after hours. Anyone can enter thru any door at any time. There are many better options!!

This was a weird hotel… there was only 2 towels in a 4 person room, the phone in the room didn’t work, the shower curtain was too short for the shower so the water got all on the floor, and other thing I don’t know it was just weird. That being said!!! It was VERY clean and the guys at reception were SO nice and helpful. I would 100% stay here again specifically for those reason. I don’t use the phone in the room anyway and they brought us more towels immediately.

Great place to stay!!!
Pleasantly surprised by the experience as a whole. There were minor issues, in my opinion, the bathroom could have been in better condition, there were areas that had clearly been missed when previously cleaned but not enough to feel a complaint was necessary. An adjustable shower head is definitely recommended, and additional washcloths. That being said, the service was exceptional! From the moment we arrived until we left, every single person we can came in contact with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered had plenty of variety and freshness. We will definitely stay there again!!

Approached my room to find the door slightly open. When investigating the door the metal bracket in the door frame was gone so door could be unlatched by sticking something in the space. When I went to tell the guy at the front desk (only employee on site) he proceeded to tell me that all the doors were like that and no one could get in. Needless to say I told him I required another room…the latch was just fine on this one. I don’t fault the kid but he was the only one working and several people were having issues. So what should have been a 5 min process ended up taking about 45 mins on a late night with an early wake-up. Frustrating to say the least.

The room on the first floor was noisy and the refrigerator did not work. The heat remained on constantly and barely kept the room warm enough to tolerate.

Make sure that the manager on duty leaves a note if your room smells like smoke so you don’t charged the smoking room fee. We stayed there and told the mangers as soon as we got done dropping off our bags and went down stairs to tell them that room smelled like smoke. He did not note that and I got charged for the smoking fee. Which I called and the manager that was working was very nice and refunded the smoking fee amount. Over all very nice rooms and would stay there again.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was a good hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and facilities were clean and I like that the bathroom had a long counter. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options and was very good.

On check in we waited 10 minutes and then had to find a cleaning person to ask for check in. The room had a musty damp smell. The pillow case and sheet had a yellow stain. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling and the inside plastic shower curtain was to short to fit inside tub so water dripped on the floor.

I love that this hotel is only 5 mins from my sister’s house! Perfect for an overnight stay. When making the reservation, I requested a room that didn’t require a long walk because I have a bad back. I was given a room right down the hall on the first floor. Perfect! Thank you so much.
