We were very disappointed in the accommodations.We booked this hotel because we saw that it had a 3.5 rating; however, after a five hour drive in 90 degree heat, we were anxious to shower and be on our way for an event. The tub was filled with plaster and debris which had fallen from the ceiling. There was no time for us to change our plans.....Rooms should been inspected before guests arrive! I believe that is Hotel Service 101.....Do not book this hotel!

I am so sorry that our housekeeping had an oversight on our part. I assure you it is a daily routine that we inspect the rooms , I am sorry that you bathroom ceiling had an issue. With our renovation project we are getting all new AC units I am sorry if the AC unit disturbed you. I will take these comments with my team thank you for the feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed the staff. Hope you give us a second chance.
