Great deals while under renovation.

Cons: All the outlets in the room were inaccessible, hidden behind heavy furniture, and loose in the sockets - sparked when you tried to plug something in!
Hotel is undergoing major construction, so some amenities are closed. But if all you want is a decent room near the convention center, the price is right! Lots of other options for dining within a mile and the desk staff was happy to make recommendations. No noise or dust from the construction was noticeable in the common areas or my room.

Great stay!

Pros: Room was clean and even had a balcony. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was not good at all no options really besides toast.
Location: Good location not far from city and major highway.

Very misleading by advertisement

Location: Really secluded
It was very old and run down in the room we were given. Mattress felt like nothing but box spring. I could actually feel the springs in my back,side,and anywhere I turned. It was just horrible . I will never, ever stay at any of there establishments.

Front desk was terrible.

Checked in late front desk told me didn't have reservation and I would have to wait. Front desk clerk initially refused to call Expedia. Attitude was rude and uncooperative.

Animal shelter

Pros: The location is okay.
Cons: Need an other management team to turn this mausoleum around!
Location: We were too sick to cruise the neighborhood and attend our business meetings. We had to check out of there very early the next morning.
mold growing in bathroom and walls- Curtains- windows, baseboard seal. we can smell the mold by the unclean musty smell. used and ragged grey /white towels. Thick coat of dirt. We got so sick with allergy and later develop to a bronchial asthma. smoke smell is everywhere and they advertise smoke free building

convenient for my NJ visit

Cons: the renovation will help
Location: not much nearby, but not a problem for me
Hotel in renovation; air conditioner noisy and only found the local control in the morning to shut it off.

Air conditioning was exceedingly loud!

Pros: The staff members at the desk were pleasant.....
Cons: Again, rooms should be inspected before guests arrive. If the hotel is under construction, let it be known to the renters before time.
We were very disappointed in the accommodations.We booked this hotel because we saw that it had a 3.5 rating; however, after a five hour drive in 90 degree heat, we were anxious to shower and be on our way for an event. The tub was filled with plaster and debris which had fallen from the ceiling. There was no time for us to change our plans.....Rooms should been inspected before guests arrive! I believe that is Hotel Service 101.....Do not book this hotel!

Nice place

Pros: Employees were friendly. Very clean, even with the construction. No excessive noise. check-in and out quick and easy.
Cons: The elevators were not very air conditioned so just a bit stuffy.
Location: Right off the highway. Easy access to food, shopping movies etc...
Convenient location for the job I was doing. Room was comfortable. Wifi could be better but what hotel doesn't have that problem.
