Heat wasn't working the microwave wasn't working the phone wasn't working an they got bedbugs

Reasonable, value conscious, place to stay

For the tired traveler looking for a place to sleep, this is a reasonable, cost conscious option. It's a little off the highway, so minimal traffic noise. Attentive staff. Breakfast is thin, but several restaurants about a mile away.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

House keeping was no show. No coffee or any hot food at breakfast though they advertise eggs and bacon and such. Shower leaked all the time. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in. Only bright spot was the woman who worked front desk during the day. She was very helpful. This hotel has potential if owners would just spend some time and money. I can’t recommend this hotel right now.

Might've been nice when they first built the place

From the outside and from the lobby it looked alright. However as soon as we walked in the corridor to our room the carpet was filthy and the smell wasn't the greatest. Walking into the room, oh boy... the only thing missing was a crack pipe. The sheets looked clean, however the mattresses were DISGUSTING, I think so disgusting that even the bedbugs wouldn't stay. I would NOT recommend staying here. I think maybe back when they first opened the place it may have been really nice, but now... it is trash, stains on everything. I wore my sandals even in the shower. The only reason we ended up staying and not leaving was because we had been driving for way too long and it was already after midnight when we checked in. Best believe we washed everything in the car, even stuff we didn't take into the hotel, before bringing anything into our house when we got home.

The wallpaper in the room was peeling. No showehead in shower. Just a nice uncomfortable beam of water. Vanity was rotting a little. Not Annie room. Place smelled bad too.

CORPORATE SHOULD INVESTIGATE IMMEDIATELY, UNSAFE

From the minute we arrived from the minute we left, it was a good thing we only needed a place to stay for one night. The front desk clerk was nice enough but he was all alone and was multitasking. As I was checking in a little girl (age 7 or less) came up to the desk with her key card and said "it still doesn't work" the clerk said to me "I'll be right back" left with the little girl and returned a few minutes later! leaving us alone in the lobby. When he returned I wanted to tell him, no little girl should be alone walking around a completely empty (at the time) hotel, I would have called the parents in the room, I would never let a child alone, and I wouldn't be alone with a child. He should have called the adults immediately, he left himself open to a multitude of problems. OUr room was moderately dusty, the bathroom was awful, dusty as well, the toilet didn't work at all because the water was turned off. Then it almost overflowed! We found out that the back door was wide open with a rock keeping it open when we returned, absolutely no security! In the morning, we were awakened by the cleaning lady at 8:00 am when she swung the door open loudly saying" cleaning", we were sound asleep and told her not to return til discharge time.SHE CAME BACK AGAIN! So RUDE! Unwarranted and illogical. We couldn't wait to get out of there,when we left the back door was still open with the rock in place.This hotel needs a big time makeover,CORPORATE SHOULD INVESTIGATE IMMEDIATELY

Not the Ritz, but good value for the money

Was an older hotel, that hasn't been updated recently. Was very affordable though, and it had a decent included breakfast. The rooms were quiet and dark, and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was a little sketchy, but overall good value for the money. The front desk was quick, and the service was good. Recommend for those on a budget.

Pros: The proximity to the event I was attending.
Cons: The curtains would not close - room on ground floor. Built-up ice in freezer, door cannot be closed.
Continental breakfast consisted of juice, tea or coffee, bagels, sliced bread with cream cheese, butter & jelly and 2 types of sugary cereal. One day we had bananas the other day no fruit.
