Looked like there were people living in hotel with their families. Understandable that people may have reasons for this. However children were playing in hotel and parking lot all hours of day and night. Also there was solicitation on hotel property such as adult women prostitutes. Had to practically demand new towels and wash clothes. Leaky toilets and showers. Not at all a good experience I am sad to say.

Oh well I thought the room would cheer me up but I proved my ownself wrong - No iron - No iron board - No coffee maker etc - What will i gain by using the 1st flòor when there is no TV down there .. No couch but two chairs Holiday Inn, hell motel 6 is better than this place

The property is at nice location/ neighborhood. The reception were really helpful and nice. However, there's strange smell when we just enter the room. And the guest next to our room was making noice, singing, shouting until late night and my children got scared because of that. The second night also other neighbor-room were speaking so loud. Room need to get more sound proof. Overall, we don't have any other complaint, the check-in and check-out is smooth and fast.

Extremely smoky in the building and unsafe. Very dirty and so were the towels and wash clothes we received. If you care about your money don’t come here. Even if your a smoker you shouldn’t come here. When I ask to pay for my days and leave they wouldn’t allow me knowing my gf was Asthmatic

Major fight broke out. Cops were called. The kind of people that stay here are drunk or high on weed make this place unsafe. Never staying here again

Dirty. There’s eviction notices on some of the rooms. No microwaves in the room. Dirty steps, filthy walls. Motel 6 vibes but worse. Loud floorings. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Just overall bad. Unsafe if you’re traveling alone especially with kids

It was loud all night long, there was a fight in the hallway, right outside our door with police being called. There were piles and piles of trash bags in the parking lot around the dumpster. The overall experience was horrible and extremely overpriced in my opinion for the area and other hotels I have stayed at. It seemed like people were living there not a vacation destination, I believe it was public assistance housing. Awful awful conditions Did not sleep at all

We stayed with them for two weeks! Comfortable bed! Free and easy parking. Staff were very accommodating. Food, Walmart and entertainment nearby! Right if the 287 exit. Definitely stay again if in the area. NO BED BUGS like many other places.

This place was advertised as a hotel room, but is instead an extended stay. The rooms are large (2 stories), but reeked of either cigarette smoke or rotting food. The bedding had stains and there was hair all over our room. The floor and stairs were sunken in in places. The staff were as friendly and helpful as possible, but management obviously does not care about or maintain this place. I have never stayed in a worse hotel room to be honest and I checked out after the first night.
