Made very welcome straight away by Tony. Beautiful setting, very comfortable and clean room. Unfortunately did not get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early.

Pros: The welcome by Tony and Gillian. The quiet but convenient location.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: A fairly level walk in to Lynmouth but a quiet location. But wouldn't be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
Went to Lynmouth for a short break, picked Pine Lodge on line. Arrived to be welcomed with tea and cake after being shown the room. Room spacious and spotless with a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast menu comparable to a 5 star hotel with the best "starter buffet" I have seen. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Great Place to Enjoy the Beauty of Lynmouth

Gregarious hosts made us feel welcome in this comfortable B&B on the outskirts of Lynton; a short walk into town and the dramatic funicular ride down to the harbor in Lynmouth.

Had a nice weekend. Made to feel very welcome with tea and cake on arrival. Views from room were lovely and very peaceful. A steep drive to B&B and car park only small. All in all a very pleasant stay.
