Didn't meet expectations

Radisson in name only - disappointed in our two night stay with husband and daughter for baseball game and business meeting. Dirty men's underwear was in the closet of the room when we arrived. Bathroom woodwork on counter had peeled veneer on the side. Disinterested waitstaff in the hotel resturant on Sat. morning was a marked contrast to the very attentive crew on Fri. at breakfast and lunch. Verify if your reservation includes breakfast or not - ours didn't. Seems as though the hotel is undergoing slow renovations as the halls had carpet that was wrinkled [water damage that didn't recover well?] and there were some trucks with supplies in the parking lot as well as a bucket collecting water from the ceiling on the 1st floor. We went expecting to use the pool but due to another event at the hotel it was closed to other guests - very disappointed daughter. Sleep Number beds - one wasn't working and was set for full hard bed, impossible to get a good sleep. Also very small to maneuver with 3 of us in the room. People at the front desk both days were very helpful even when we arrived quite late. But we won't be back.

My son and I are looking to buy a house. So we stayed this way we don't have to rush and have a good time as well. Everyone was polit and very easy to talk too. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
