Very uncomfortable

There's a lack of air in the hotel. The room felt eery and the beds were uncomfortable.

Good for the price, needs to improve the service

The hotel is good, but the cleaning is very bad. People doesn't clean as should be and some days doesn't left coffee, sugar and napkins. The people at reception was very cordial. The wireless internet had lots of problems and was almost all the time blocked. I mean, The signal seams strong but nothing moves on computer, so we had to change it many times.

The tv signal was bad. We also had to change rooms because the jacuzzi was not filling up the tub.

You get what you pay for, but... really?

The wifi was horrible, we could not get online. The 'hot' water was lukewarm at best, so bathing was uncomfortable, the 'continental breakfast' was limited and the TV channels were few and poor choices. I got the room on a discount, and I understand that you get what you pay for, but if I had paid more for what I got, I would have been VERY upset.
