Room smelled heavily of smoking

I have been staying at this hotel on business since 2005. Never have I had a room that was so dirty. The room smelled very bad from smoking. Asked the front desk staff to help and they said there was nothing they could do for me I am done with this hotel

Good hotel bad breakfast

Good hotel bad breakfast The continental breakfast was very lacking everything else was good about this hotel food in the morning plan on eating out

decent hotel for the price

Pros: free parking and breakfast
Cons: the rooms need to be updated and there was rusted things in the bathroom
Pros: free parking, breakfast and wifi, less than 10 minute walk to the train Cons: building needs to be updated badly, smoke-free hotel but smelled like smoke in the rooms Good hotel if you just want a place to sleep. There is a dunkin donuts a block away and a movie theater and shopping in the area. Ubers and Lyfts are about $10-20 depending on where you are going in the city

Great location

Pros: The location was great for shopping, food and transportation.
Cons: Staff interactions with people staying at hotel.
I would give this hotel flying colors. Everything was good except an interaction with one staff member. My husband and I returned to the hotel on Saturday evening after going out to dinner. When we arrived in our room, I noticed our cooler missing. My husband went down to the first desk and notified the staff. My husband told them I think the housekeeper may have taken it out of our room. The gentleman at the front, George, told my husband that was impossible because housekeeping never removes anything out of the room. My husband informed him that it was there when we left and now it was gone and the only person in the room was the housekeeper. George again informed my husband that it was impossible that she removed it from the room. My husband then raised his voice and told him the cooler was taken and we need it to transport my medications. He then said he would investigate and 30 minutes later we had the cooler back in our possession. Accidents happen and we were not accusing her of stealing it. We knew it was an accident but the front desk employee made it seem like we were lying. Next time he receives a complaint, he should just tell the customers that he will look into it instead of saying it's impossible that it was removed from the room. Apparently it is not impossible for housekeeping to remove an item since they found our cooler. We were also not given an explanation on where it was found.

Sheets were dirty

In general or experience was good except for one horrible fact that when we saw the sheets in the daylight they were stained. The stains or water-soluble which tells us they were not washed before we use them.

Terrible

Uncomfortable bed mattress. Bad room service. Late staff. Room dirty at 3 pm, not cleaned yet. Another room on 7th floor had water drops leaking from ceiling on my friend's face.

Decent Property conveniently located

The property was clean and presentable. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
