It was decent for a short stay , room could have been cleaner there were stains on the sheet. I would refer to a friend.

Nice hotel near restaurants, free MGH shuttle!

Clean room, furniture is too big for two people. Toilet struggle to flush, and is very low. No safety bars in bathroom, or tub. Expecting a microwave and coffee maker and frig ..mini kitchenette, We found a mini frig under bathroom sink, with single cup coffee maker on said counter. Simple changes to furniture placement and smaller desk and occasional chair, safety upgrade to bathroom would make huge difference. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast offerings.

Comfortable and convenvient

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom was dated and toiletries sparce.
One night visit. Room was clean and comfortable, but no frills.

Great hotel, don’t rely on shuttle

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, but good. Only problem is shuttle only runs at top of the hour, so you either wait a while at the T station, or walk back. Our trip was during the winter storm and had below 20 degree temps, which are not ideal for walking, but neither is waiting half an hour for the shuttle.

Pros: Affordable price, close to TD Garden and had free breakfast which had a nice selection of good food.
Cons: The only thing, was we had 4 people and only 2 towels provided in the room. That staff was happy to give us more when we asked at the front desk.
Location: Conveniently located minutes from TD Garden and many restaurants. There was a 99 Right across the street and it was very close to stores.
We decided to book a room last minute because of the in coming storm and we wanted to be sure to make it to the Bruins game we had tickets to. We were happy with the staff and the service here. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, good price

Pros: The location, shuttle bus, and breakfast .
Cons: I had wished the lobby was bigger
Location: Great restaurants and shopping.Close to the T
I couldn't believe they had a complementary shuttle to the airport and hospital. That was so helpful and the driver was terrific. Both fast and friendly.

Great restaurants and shops walking distances

Hotel tricky to find good for connecting to mass eye and ear ,free parking .walking distance to large shopping area with many restaurants and late night drinking establishments .
