just a bit different

Pros: position on the beach, water was crystal clear and very protected by the headland
Cons: maintenance and updating but in particular the beds were really uncomfortable
Location: did not leave the hotel
We stayed as a family group - at the end of our visit to Vietnam. Whilst this is basic and simple it was also unspoilt and genuine place to stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful and despite being a rather tired property - the beach houses were enormous and the location pretty special right on the beach. It was really quiet and the food was great although the breakfast was pretty odd but that was all part of its charm! Cheap too.......

Restaurant service a little slow and villas in need of some TLC as they are looking tired. Beautiful beach and location. Overall it was ok but I would choose a different hotel next time.

Convenient and comfortable resort hotel

Friendly staff albeit that the English language was a little challenging, but very willing to help! Will recommend this to anyone looking for quiet, retreat and spa/massage.

Beach villa

Pros: The Beach villa was well equipped, clean and private. very peaceful location. Plenty of beer in the fridge.
Cons: Dining facilities. Somewhere to buy snacks. Tea/Coffee in the villa.
Location: £12 taxi from Airport ( watch out for overcharging by airport taxis). Hotel shuttle operates twice per day into Da Nang. Nothing to do nearby.
This resort has seen better days. Whilst the location is near idyllic the facilities are lacking. Being remote you are reliant on the Restaurant which has a limited menu. When they did have fresh fish in however the Snapper with ginger and lime was delicious.

Coming back again

Overall a nice stay. Staff tried their best to be helpful but English level is limited. Room keeping was funny, all towels in my bathroom were gone. Wanted to cook since there was a nice kitchen but no cooking utensils is provided. Who would bring a wok or pot to hotels? Beach was excellent.

Quiet Relaxing Getaway From the City

Great place to get away from the city and relax in silence. Restaurant was awesome but it is the only choice. Free shuttle runs to the market and there are great kitchens. Isolated location, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors moved out because there was not enough for the kids. Pay the extra for one on the beach, it is worth it!

A great place to just relax and enjoy the beach and the private pool wich is right out your unit, the restaraunt is good and staff are very helpfull.

Nice hotel bad staff

Hotel room is great. Opens onto the beach. Spa is mouldy however and door handles tattered (one broke while I opened it). Just a little bit of fixing in the rooms needed. In regards to the staff where do I start; they do not understand a word of English at all. Nothing. My husband and I left the room to go swimming and come back only to find the mini bar had been missing drinks and marked on the cheque pad to pay. Someone had gone in and helped themselves. I went to reception and they didn't care. They took the drinks and replaced the cheque pad with a new one. They didn't even bother to offer an explanation or to see if it was one of their staff members. My ring was stolen by one of the cleaners and when reception was told they again didn't care or bother to do much about it but say that I had misplaced it. I keep it by my head side every night. Doesn't move. No sense of privacy, the cleaners come in whilst ur having a shower on relaxing in bed and decide to clean. I told reception about this and they didn't care and the cleaners kept coming. On our way to the airport, reception made the taxi driver late by requesting coffee for herself and then made him wait outside until they checked our room to make sure we hadn't stolen anything. We had already asked reception to check our room while the taxi was on its way but they did not and they waited for the taxi to come and then waste time. Very bad service regarding staff and house keeping. Would never go back.
