the beds are pretty hard and the stove was difficult to operate if you don't know where the lighter function is on the gas stove, but it was perfect for our needs. it is quite a busy street but we found that the ebikes (ecobici) were a great way to get around. once we figured that out, it was really the perfect location.

Mostly great, but very loud
This place had a ton of pro’s and only one con. Pros: Location - we like to be close to a park and also to restaurants and such. This place was 1km or so to the massive park, we had plenty of great restaurants nearby and Walmart Express was super close. We had everything we wanted close by. Building - This is a new building and is very clean. There are various amenities that guests may use: fitness center, lap pool, rooftop, and an area to work. The security guards are on staff around the clock. Apartment - Our two bedroom unit was clean, had modern decor, and was stocked with everything one would need. We cooked full meals, did laundry, and watched NetFlix. It’s better than being at home. Con: Loud - Every other review is spot on. The city view units are loud. The traffic noise is super loud, but can become like white noise and tolerable. But, the music from the clubs starts around 7 PM and goes until about 1 AM and it is LOUD. A white noise machine as well as earplugs are provided, but it’s hard to cut through the thumping bass of club music. I would not stay on this side of the building again. I’m thinking that maybe the other side (courtyard view) would be much quieter, but I’m not sure.

Overall great!
Overall, the complex & the apartment is very nice! It is in a great, walkable neighborhood. The only cons: The apartment definitely needs a deep clean. The floors / some parts of the bathroom are definitely dirty. I am not a light sleeper but the noise will be a huge issue for someone who needs silence to sleep. Even with all windows closed it sounds like the noise is happening right by your ear.

Evening traffic noise very bothersome
Nice, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations except for street noise which was loud 24/7 for the lower units. I was in A201. I didn’t sleep well on lost nights due to constant and loud traffic noise from trucks, motorcycles, cars honking. These units lack sound attenuation. I will never again stay in this unit.
