The hotel is very nice! The rooms face a nice courtyard with a pool, grass and a walking path. I travel with my dog so pick hotels based more on that first. I had a ground level room with my own patio to the courtyard so makes it super easy for taking her out for a walk/potty breaks. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was also pretty impressive! I would absolutely stay here again.

I would like to request a full refund for last nights stay. The person in the room right next to us ( room 237) at 2am started blasting music so loud the walls were shaking. My son and husband were all woken up. I immediately called the front desk they said they would take care of the issues. The music, shouting, slamming doors, and yelling never stopper. I called the front desk again at 3am and said the music, screaming and loud talking still hasn’t stopped. The front desk woman, Shauna, said she was sorry there is nothing she could do. She tried calling the room and knocking on the door they wouldn’t answer. At 3:30am Shauna offered to move myself and my family since the music and screaming never stopped but at that point my whole family was up and exhausted from hardly getting any sleep. I told Shauna I would like a refund since we hardly got any sleep and still nothing had been done about the music. I even told her when we checked out at 4am that the music and yelling was still going on and she said there was nothing she could do. Shauna told me to contact Expedia regarding a refund because I made the reservation though Expedia.

Had to be moved to a new room the first night due to ANTS crawling everywhere- floor, desk, nightstand. My stay was for 5 nights. I asked for room service on Monday, no show. Asked again for room service on Tuesday, no show. Asked for room service on Wednesday, FINALLY I received room service.

The place isn't fancy, but easy parking and free breakfast, along with a reasonable price, make it a good choice. Pet friendly. We were only charged $20 for our small dog, which is definitely more reasonable than other places we've stayed.

I was there after a surgery and needed a freezer which I requested well in advance. The freezer did not work properly. ANTS everywhere. When brought to management attention, they were rude and recommendt helpful at all. The Manager said there are ants everywhere:( I did mention there are things one can use to control them. As for the freezer I was told non of them would work well. We left a day early but the last day they did bring in another freezer...and it worked. I would never recommend this place and most of all never use Expedia again. I have used them for years. NO compensation was offered. Reba Correia. My cousin took photos of all the ants...not very pleasant have them crawl on you when sleeping...or trying to.

I am so sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. I personally spoke to you when you were explaining your issue with the ice. You did not make any mention of ants. We went out and bought a brand new refrigerator for your room. When my maintenance personnel brought the new unit to your room, he pointed out to you that you were putting the ice packs in the refrigerator section and not the freezer section. We left both units in your room, and when we checked later, you told us both were working fine.I'm sorry your stay wasn't as you had hoped, but I'm not sure what else could have been done.Thank you for sharing your experience.

This property could use some updating. The room #s are hard to see when you're driving around in the dark looking for your room. Carpeting is old and gross, linens are old. I stayed at BW in healdsburg 3 months ago, it was wonderful. This was a disappointment.

My daughter & I were there for 5 days. Front desk folks were wonderful. Our housekeeping staff took excellent care of us & the kept our room spotless. Breakfast buffet each morning was very good. Breakfast staff was friendly & accomodatedour every request. We will definitely be back
