Was perfect for two senior women who were attending a family function nearby. Like the convenience to freeway and close by shopping and dining. While breakfast was more than continental, it would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options.

The staff at this facility was exceptionally accommodating. They honored our request for rooms to be near each other, they answered all questions thoughtfully and went above and beyond to be helpful. The building itself is a little dated, especially in light of the high room rate at the time we were there. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the sofa seemed a bit worn, the door from the bathroom bumped the sink behind it and made a thudding sound. The heating and cooling system was a little quirky but manageable. Breakfast was average. Nice they figured out how to avoid wasting milk used for cereal or coffee by putting it in a server (rather than individual containers). No plain cheerios which was disappointing. Only grape jelly for toast etc.--strawberry would be nice. Lots of fruit and snacks available all day though, which we appreciated. The pool area is pleasant enough and heated and there is an attached hot tub, always an appealing feature. The exercise area is well-maintained. The convenience of staying at this hotel cannot be overstated. It is across the street from coffee, bakeries, good restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store, not to mention frozen yogurt. You can even get a massage or a mani/pedi if you're in the mood. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I loved that it was located right near the highway for easy access to go to different towns, there was plenty of food options across the way and in the area, everyone was really friendly as well.

We have now stayed here several times and it is always a no stress time. Everything is close enough to walk. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is plentiful and we feel our car is in a safe area. Morning breakfast is a great way to start the day too

Girls weekend champagne tasting and specifically selected this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub was not working, and received little to no help to get it working at it was only 8:30PM on a Friday evening. The free breakfast options were not great either. Would not plan to stay again.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is good. Good location too with lots of shops. Telsa supercharge is cross the street.

We had a very large room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Free parking. The hotel is next door to lots restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Very POOR experience and bad WiFi service
1. The room need more outlet for plug in our device. The table need one more chair 2. We booked it for people of five and when we checked in, there is extra blanket for the fifth person. By the time next day, we asked for extra blanket, the front desk said there is no clean the blanket and need to wait till afternoon. We came back at 5:00pm and check again, and we was told that there is still no clean blanket due to short of labor. This is unacceptable and this is management issue at this property 3. Room arrangement is poor. The room next door was a high school sport team and there is no door bell of that room so the team mate need to knock the door really loud and shout loud to do the morning call at 5:00 am. In this case, they should have a room that has door bell so it won't effect to others. 4. The WiFi is complety not working the entire stay. Even technician called us to debug it, after he hung up, we lose the internet again.

We will not return.
Room 209 heater was broken. It was too hot to sleep. Esperanza switched it to cooler from the heater and told us to wait for one hour to see if we could sleep. It was almost 1 am. Repeated request for another room was declined. Upon checkout I was sick and sleep deprived. One day later I am still sick.

The property is super convenient, right off the 101 but remarkably quiet and peaceful. It is also dog friendly which for us is imperative...and it was very easy to take our girl out as we had a room on the 1st floor. A very nice property, very nice rooms with a fridge and microwave and just very convenient. The Safeway, CVS and more are right across the way as well! Looking forward to the next time!

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Healdsburg and the surrounding areas. What drew me to this property was the good rating in both Yelp and Expedia. This hotel lived up to the ratings. It is clean, breakfast included, 3 charging stations for electric vehicles, and conveniently located. The hotel is not far from the freeway and 10 - 15 min away from downtown Healdsburg and wineries. We definitely will be back.

We stayed here for one night during a beer tasting weekend. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has some good restaurants nearby. It is also close to the beverage district and lots of wineries .

Honestly it was a very good hotel. It was newer and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was honestly one of the better hotel showers I’ve ever used. They had a decent breakfast that goes till 10am. I would totally stay here again!
