Stayed 2 nights middle of week to visit friends and some wine tasting tours of area. The staff are very friendly and customer oriented. Didn’t give 5 star because the initial room needed to have the sheets changed, it was like it wasn’t properly laundered. The staff at front desk (Ben), was nice about it and changed my room (upgraded) at no additional charge.

I arrived very sick and they checked me in early with no hesitation or charge. The room was clean,, bed was comfortable. It had all the amenities expected and didnt have any problems with noise.

Room is really nice great water pressure in shower, balcony super cute love it , was alittle surprised to see the microwave wasn't wiped down all the way clean but other then that great , gym room really small but has elliptical treadmill and bench with hand weights, hot tub is indoors so eventhoigh its raining i can enjoy it .

We arrived around 3ish in the afternoon. There was no one at the check-in desk, however there was a hand written note on the counter saying back in 5 minutes. He did come back to check us in but he seemed somewhat disoriented. When we got to our room on the 3 floor, neither of the 2 keys he gave us worked. When we went back down to have it fixed, he indicated that maybe we just don't know how to use the keys. Very insulting and no offer of apology for HIS mistake. Our room was very dirty, The bathroom floor was totally sticky. Avery bad experience overall.

This was a decent stay, but I couldn't help but notice that even though this was nicely renovated, that I was staying in what once was a smoking room. For only $10 more, I highly recommend the other IHG hotel across the highway.
