Good price for good quality & convenient location.

Pros: The price, quality, cleanliness, hut tub, exercise room and location.
Cons: Office staff at first was not at nice as I would expect.
Location: Very nearby to many places to eat, shop and have fun.
I usually stay in the Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park area quite often, and this was my first time at this place. Had a good experience and would definitely recommend it.

Clean hotel

Clean hotel , friendly staff . The beds are a little firm for me , but manageable .

Very decent hotel

Hotel is kept clean, and the staff are friendly . The pool & hot tub is a mix of saltwater & minor chlorine. The water was really nice could definitely feel & smell the difference,didn't itch or smell like chlorine .

MAID STOLE MY EXPENSIVE SUEDE BOOTS

AFTER CHECKING OUT AND GETTING BACK HOME,REALIZED I HAD LEFT MY BOOTS ON THE FLOOR IN HOTEL ROOM. CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE MAID NEVER SAW ANY BOOTS, WHICH WAS A LIE SINCE I KNOW THEY WERE THERE. HOTEL DOESN'T CARE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THEM, CHOOSING TO BELIEVE THE MAID , WHO WOULD LOSE HER JOB IF SHE FESSED UP. NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!

nice and clean

Room was a good size and easy to get to but some guests were inconsiderate and noisy at night when retrieving their luggage and again at 7:15-8am stood right outside my door while loudly conversing and laughing and whistling happily as if no one else who was trying to sleep mattered. But the room was great. The pillows were great to lounge on but too high to sleep on. My neck was a little tweaked in the morning. I would stay again overall

Two nights out of four were absolutely terrible.

One night we experienced a steady stream of loud, young women in high heals stomping along the concrete walkway, between 12 midnight and 4am, while on another night at 11:40 pm, a young couple were blasting their TV, while they smoked and sang outside their room. This was the worst travel experience we ever had. Obviously we will not return to the Best Western in Rohnert Park, California.

-LOTS OF MATURE BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The rooms are very spacious. The personell are friendly
Cons: The Beds are very firm,the carpet is dirty- Oh and lets not forget about the 4-5 BEDBUG !!!!!! Crawling on the bed !!!! My daughter was bit on the arm !! The older woman working at hotel at check in . Literally tried to act like she didn't know what they were (actually asked what they were)? Every employee that works at a hotel goes through extensive training. Then she proceeded to make excuses claiming that they have never had a problem with bedbugs,and all hotels get them occasionally. Even the nice gentleman working there looked at her rolled his eyes . We were informed by employees from another hotel we ended up staying at ,the Sandman is known to have bedbugs!
Location: Doesnt matter whats around _JUST DONT STAY HERE!!!!
