This hotel is not clean and very old

Location: The location is nearby and good
The hotel room is not clean and the hotel lacks of maintenance. The Restaurant was terrible service.

Large, busy facility in wine country

This multi-building facility is located just outside Santa Rosa with reasonably good access to Hwy 101 and all the corresponding aspects of central Sonoma county. The room was clean, well appointed, and sufficiently large, but noise from outside was not well damped. Also, there were signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and hallways. The hotel was very busy and the pool area overcrowded. Experience with the attached restaurant was mixed: at dinner the duck was underdone, the sirloin steak was tough and not cooked as ordered, and our waitress apparently had other things to do than attend to us; however the next morning breakfast--separate voucher--was varied and abundant and service was fine. Overall we did not feel that the hotel experience lived up to expectations for the brand.

Nice but needs update

This is a hotel ice stayed at many times and while I think it is nice, it is average. It needs updating with the carpet, there is a smell of dirty carpets or maybe the slight start of mold? I'm not sure. The room I was given was a disabled room, no bathtub, no refrigerator, very small counter in the bathroom not what I asked for. It was a comfy bed, good size room ample parking with restaurant and lounge. Overall I like this property for its layout and certain amenities but was very unsatisfied this time. it needs updating, not a room that did anything for me and not what I asked for

Just okay

There was a loud hammering noise that would off with water running in our bathrooms or that we could hear from other rooms. Very annoying and woke our kids up early in the morning. The shower pressure was also not great and beds were too soft for my liking. But hotel staff was very nice and the kids had fun at the pool. It wasn't worth the nightly rate that we paid, in my opinion.

Pros: Available, clean, comfortable
Cons: Carpets cleaned more and room service trays removed from public area

We were on the road & needed an overnight room. It was easy access, the room was comfortable & clean. Our only negative comment would be that several dirty room service trays were staged on the floor at the ice machine alcove. Not pleasant nor appropriate.

Disappointing

There was a really strong air freshener smell in the building we stayed in. Our bathroom was really gross with blood on the walls and toe nail clippings on the floor and the air conditioning did not work. They gave us a new room which smelled of mildew which we took over the air freshener. The AC didn't work in this room either, we were taking cold showers at 2 in the morning trying to cool off and get sleep.

Getaway Weekend

Weekend surprise Birthday getaway for my wife,,,,just what the Dr.ordered,,very nice,quiet, we hung out at the Pool for 2 days,,Loved it.. Will Plan to make it an annual event....

Wedding in Sonomoa

Would have given this hotel highest marks on everything, except for the fact that we could hear voices in the adjacent room, and if anyone was talking in the hallway, it was as if they were in our room. Not a problem unless you're trying to sleep.

impromptu getaway

breakfast buffet very nice. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. heated outdoor pool was just right, really warm water and awesome fun for kids and adults :) very nice grassy area around pool for pets. our room had pool view.
