Triple charged me

Posted Jun 8, 2017
Extraordinarily incompetent staff. They triple charged me for my stay. It has been 3 days since I checked out (and paid) and I am still struggling to get the extra 2 charges refunded. One night I couldn't get into my room because the key card wouldn't open the lock and it took the staff almost an hour to figure it out. By far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a hotel and it still isn't over days after my stay ended.

This is meant to be a Hilton?

Posted Jun 4, 2017
Charged for parking, $10 a night. Wifi was free but slow, had to pay for high speed. The bathroom door didn't lock. The walls weren't very sound proof. The elevator wasn't near the entrance. Overall, not happy.

Great hotel, really bad food!

Posted May 31, 2017
The hotel is nice, clean, located well, the pool and jacussi wonderful. However, the food at restaurant at the Hilton's is just not good. We also ordered room service and it was very dissapointing: Almost like being served surpar fast food, greasy, bread seemed old, tomatoes were old, eggs cooked badly, basic stuff for breakfast no cooked correctly, etc. When expressed this issues to lobby stuff, all we got was a smile as if this was not a problem at all. This lack of customer service was disturbing for such nice hotel. If food is not an issue, then hotel is a good choice otherwise.

Run down hotel

Posted May 29, 2017
Old run down, noisy hotel was the low light of our trip. Don't stay in this musty excuse for a Hilton

Smelly

Posted May 20, 2017
The building I stayed in had an overwhelming Oder that can only be described as 'skunky'. It hit me when I. Walked in and permeated the whole building - including my room. Overall, this hotel is stuck in the 90s and needs to be remodeled - especially at these prices.

Great Hotel staff and location.

Posted May 18, 2017
I stay here often when I visit wine country, its clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. Staff is always friendly. The restaurant has tasty foods. The location is right in the middle of the best wines of Dry Creek, Russian River and Alexander Valley. Best of all!!! They allow Dogs!

Large Comfortable Rooms; not free parking

Posted May 16, 2017
This hotel has room service, that was prompt & good! (Although they forgot salt & pepper) THE ADVERTISED PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE $10 CHARGE FOR SELF PARKING. They tell you that at the end of check out which I thought was kinda lame. It's not like parking is a challenge in the area, there is plenty of parking close to rooms, I wouldn't expect competing hotels in the area charge for parking, it's simply a way to generate additional income. If they added the $10 for parking into the price I would have stayed there anyway.

Perfect Location

Posted Apr 21, 2017
This hotel is in a perfect location if you plan to visit the Napa and Sonoma vineyards. The rooms are nice, large and they are kept clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. They made so many good recommendations and gave us coupons to a lot of vineyards. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location for Sonoma wine country tasting

Posted Apr 18, 2017
Pros: Proximity to the 101, clean, amenities for a reasonable room rate
Cons: Hot water and water pressure was not very good in my room
Location: Lots of wineries, shopping very close, restaurant is nice
Very well-run, friendly hotel with plenty of amenities to relax, catch a workout, dip in the hot tub or explore the dozens of Sonoma County wineries within a 10-15 minute drive
