Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la marina juste en face. Propreté et installation, rien à redire, tout était propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Je le recommanderais et y retournerais sans hésiter.

Not really impressed

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Checked in late at night, had to ring buzzer twice before anyone showed up at the locked window. The night clerk seemed annoyed with us. The room was large and comfortable. The tv was a new flat screen, but in the side of the room. There was only 2 towels between the 4 of us.

Great hotel for passing through

Posted Aug 12, 2015
We needed a place to stay just for the night as we were passing through. It was a good deal. It was clean with lots of space. The negatives were the walls were thin as I could hear the tv next door as I was going to sleep and they don't have a coffee maker in the room. It was an overall positive experience

Conveniently located near highway

Posted Aug 3, 2015
I don't usually stay at motels but there were not a lot of options for a one night stay. The room was clean and our stay was fine however I feel it was expensive for the type of facility.

Comfortable

This is not a luxury resort with amenities and pool. It is a simple, comfortable place to stay the night and it is convenient.

Decent place for a night on a business trip

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: reasonably priced, clean
Cons: nothing
Location: good location on Mendocino Ave - close to county administrative offices, Santa Rosa Junior College and the 101 freeway.
It's an older motel, in the style of an old "motor court," but the rooms are clean and relatively quiet. I would stay there again - no cooties, but minimalist. Also, there are two fairly big steps to get from the parking area to the room - if you're mobility-challenged, it would be a little work to get in the room, but not impossible. There's a good, authentic Mexican restaurant (name?) across Mendocino Avenue, about 1/2 half block north of the motel, on the east side of the road - very good. (There are many tables to sit at, but you have to go up and place the order, and then pick it up at the counter when it's ready.)

Nice hotel

Posted Jul 3, 2015
It's clean and does the job. The walls are pretty thin though and the room was really expensive for what it was. But I was able to just put my roomkey through the slot where the front desk is at 5am to check out early because we had a hot air balloon ride. So that was convenient.

Shows up well from the street.

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Good location, within a km of the 101, close to restaurants and gas. Parking lot was fresh, room was in the corner with covered area for my Harley.
Cons: The two items that could be improved was the A/C didn't keep up, and it would kick on and off, including the fan all night, and the pillows.
Location: Good Gastro-Pub two doors down in a mall. Subway across the street. Also a vegetarian restaurant next door, if that's important to you.
Everything was what I wanted, clean and fresh motel from the street, nice lady checking me in and the room was clean. A/C would kick on and off (including the fan), so kept me awake the first night. The second night I just ran the fan, which would stay on, but not cool. Was in a sweat, but slept better. Also, the pillows could be a better quality. Not a deal breaker, but they could. Otherwise, I liked it there and the lady running it was nice. Very clean.

Good value

We Came to Windsor for a family reunion. The Hotels in Windsor all seemed to be $200+ per night. So this place @ 130 or so was more in our budget. The Santa Rosa Inn is Descent hotel with a nice location. Easy to find with good access to freeway, near natural food store, and variety of restaurants. Would stay here again.
