Simple and clean, with real breakfast

Posted Mar 25, 2017
Check in was very fast on our rainy night. Single queen Room was adequate with clean bathroom. There was a little road noise but didn't keep us awake. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, bacon, and a self serve waffle iron. Pastries, breads, muffins and cereal were available as well as juice & milk. The staff was standing by to keep things clean.

The staff is super friendly, the location is good near to everything I needed, the room size is good, its clean, quit hotel. The one thing that makes me not give this hotel a 5 star was the hallway. It had a funky smell all 3 days I stayed there. They need to fix that, Im not sure if its the carpet or something, All I know is the hallway smell was terrible. I'm glad the room didn't smell bad.

I couldn't ask for a better review. This is what 30 plus years of "guest service" looks like. Richard Papera CHA, CTA General Manager Quality Inn Petaluma-Sonoma

Easy night!

Posted Feb 17, 2017
Easy to get to -- wish the swimming pool was actually heated like advertised. I had a couple of really disappointed kids. Thank goodness for the hot tub!

I understand the comment about "heated Pool". We do have a heated pool. The only difference is that it's not heated for a few short months in the winter time. Currently, sites other than that provided by our hotels, can't relay this information. Again, we understand the frustration that this can cause and hope that a solution presents itself.

Reasonably priced hotel for short stay

Posted Feb 15, 2017
Pros: The free breakfast was ok. Close to everything. Area smelled of cow dung, though.
Location: Near casino in Rohnert Park, next town over. Drive through vineyards.
My wife & I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Had major problems with thermostat. I set it at a certain temperature but would not trigger off thermostat control. The heating system was on the whole night even after reaching desired setting.

This is most unfortunate. At this time I am unaware of any problems with the units in any guest room. These systems report wirelessly and a systems check shows all units operating correctly. Please let me know what room this was in so we can address this issue.

Nice, dog friendly hotel near great eateries ,

Posted Feb 14, 2017
Pros: Loved the doggie grassy area.... clean with plastic bag dispenser.
Location: Perfect location for our purposes... close to freeway , local restaurants and shopping.
Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Staff was very efficient and accommodating and breakfast was an extra bonus. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable... only complaint was that the shower drain was slow.

We thank you for the great comments and scores. I will have the engineer take a look into the drain issue.

Quiet, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Posted Feb 8, 2017
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, peace and quiet.
A very good experience and I am going back for a second visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is close to the freeway, once inside I didn't hear it at all. The breakfast is really a plus -- lots to choose from and so nice that it's included in your stay!

We would stay again

Posted Jan 8, 2017
This was a 2 night stay with my girlfriend and our friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, mainly because it was a comfortable stay. The staff was excellent, especially the breakfast cook. She was really funny and very interactive with us. The motel was in very close range if you're looking for places to eat. It felt like above a motel, but below a hotel. The only downside is the beds weren't very comfortable. Other than that, we all agreed that we would definitely stay again!
