Everything was very nice. My only concern was that we requested extra coffee and cream twice at the front desk and never received them. Therefore, we had to ask housecleaning in the hallway. Otherwise, great location, quiet, very clean, comfortable beds and refrigerator was great.

Nice hotel close to the beach

When we got there the front desk person was great but when we go to the room open the door it just had been painted the ceiling and closed door and it smelled also there was water on the bathroom and the floor was dirty.when down stairs and gave me other room but it was not on the same floor were I had to get breakfast I did not like it at all that's why I payed more the front desk said he would go and look at the room but there was never something that the hotel did for use I would never thought about this hotel.

Very nice hotel, Good location, nice walking path

We enjoyed the hotel very much, nice and clean and an awesome walking path behind the hotel. The only thing they tell you they give you a five dollar credit if you don't have your room made but what they don't tell you is you have to present the credit voucher upon ordering your food or drink. Oh well now we know:)

Weekend Getaway

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Honor your reservations - I have stayed here many times, think I am done with this hotel.
I had a confirmed reservation (paid in advance) for a king bed room. When I checked in I was told that they had no king bed rooms available and offered me a twin queen bed room at no additional costs (Like I would pay more for a room / bed type that I did not want). Very disappointing stay - also had dinner in hotel restaurant and food was awful. Disappointing stay to say the least.

Awesome place to stay

We loved this hotel, The bed and linens were so comfortable. It was quiet. Having access to the "club" for breakfast was fabulous, worth every penney. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Really enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and stayed an extra night. Nice location to area sights and nice to have 4th floor private breakfast club room included.

Great Hotel for a Reasonable Rate

Great Hotel, nice location. The hotel is a beautiful beach resort style facility and is really quite large. We stayed in a two queen regular room that was on the first floor poolside. The room was rather clean and the beds were the best I've had in any hotel (my wife and kids agree). The only problem we had was a large amount of water below and around the air conditioner. I advised the front desk of the issue - she advised me she was the only one on duty, and could only offer a room switch to an equal room. We were already settled in so decided to deal with it. The restaurant was pricey and appeared slightly upscale. Not many families with kids, mostly older couples and business travelers. All together great Hotel aside from the wet carpet in the room.

Good value and nice rooms. Only concern would be that it's directly beside the hiway.

We really like this Sheraton!

Pros: See previous. Plus, it is easy to get to from the freeway, and we love looking at the yachts on the water outside the window.
Location: Not much.
I travel a bit, and stay in SPG facilities a lot in North America. We come here for a short "getaway" when we need to have some fun in wine country. We have never been disappointed. Staff at the desk was very friendly - the young lady even remembered me from a past stay. The room and bed (and PILLOWS) was extremely comfortable. We like this place.
