Beautiful and peaceful spa retreat in Sonoma on an historic property. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Complimentary car service to downtown Sonoma and back. Spa is beautiful (but pricey). I'll be back!

The spa was full so we were unable to go. After 3 pm we did finally get in. There was hardly anyone there!! I had left my phone number so they could call me but they never called.

My first time staying at this Fairmont. I was disappointed. For the price 700$ a night for each room, I expected much more. I booked two rooms for myself and my guests. They were not near each other and they wouldn’t move us closer. The heated pool was tepid at best. No jacuzzi to use unless you paid 50$ a person and it closed at 6:00pm. 39$ to park. The only positive was complimentary champagne on arrival. Much better options in the Napa area.

This is a different type of Fairmont. It is not fancy but low key elegant comfort. The property doesn't show as well as it should but they were cleaning up from a huge party and it had rained for a week straight so they were rushing to clean it up. But, there were wine glasses and buckets that sat for more than a day in the hallway, the outdoor elevator was an old motel elevator that leaked badly and rattled its way up and down. The self-parking entrance and area is a mess to look at and sort of trashy.The room was very comfortable and plush enough. Loved having a real fireplace! And the staff were wonderful.

Property shows signs of aging. Building lost water on first morning, was moved to a terrific suite, showing that the manager wanted to ensure our stay was terrific. Area around the Fairmont was somewhat run down. I would go back again as it was a wonderful place. Staff is first class. Food was terrific.

Beautiful hotel! The lobby is warm and welcoming with a big cozy fireplace and lots of board games. Coffee service in the morning. The grounds are well kept and have beautiful, mature trees. The spa was outstanding, I highly recommend visiting. Our room had a wood-burning fireplace, which really made the trip for us.

Beautiful property. We absolutely loved the spa. The Room was comfortable and clean with blackout curtains and comfortable bed. We don’t appreciate that the hot tub and spa facilities was an additional charge on top of the high resort charge. This was misleading when we booked.

We loved all the different areas to gather, from all the outdoor seating groups, weekend band with a food truck and a bar. The interior was beautiful and comfortable to relax in. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Our spa experience couldn’t have been better…we’d definitely go back.
