I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming odor that never went away. The room also did not feel clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very lackluster, and several items ran out without being refilled, even while breakfast service was still ongoing. The room itself had multiple maintenance issues. The air conditioning unit leaked water into the room, creating a mess. The toilet would not flush properly unless you manually adjusted it each time, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the shower floor was extremely slippery because soap and shampoo from the wall-mounted dispenser had leaked onto the floor, creating a significant safety hazard. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and disappointing amenities made this a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is very close to Holiday World and convenient to fast food. Staff was friendly and very helpful. But, maintenance is lacking. Chairs on the outside patio were broken. So, we couldn’t sit outside. The shower handle was about to fall off. There was no towel hanger on the door. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work. The phone barely worked when I tried to call guest services. But, the worst was the beds were hard as a board. I could have just slept on the floor. I will never stay there again.

The whole place was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! It is an older facility but is in pretty good shape, considering. The breakfast was fresh and yummy. Honestly, my only complaint is that the hot tub was not very hot at all. Otherwise, the place was lovely!!

There is so much to do at the campground, mini golf, Gem mining, pools, water slides, several basketball courts and playgrounds. Let's not forget the arcade. The cabins are perfect for families. You are close to your neighbors, but we are all there for 1 reason our kids to have an awesome time. We took chalk with us and had all the neighbors and people driving by sign the street and the parade on a Tuesday was awesome. The food at the little snack kitchen was very good. Yes, this place can be expensive but the memories you create are for a lifetime.

Found dead bugs; no other towels, bed sheets, or toiletries. No clean supplies available, and no one is coming to clean the place, especially since staying in the place for a long time.
